I bought an AC which I paid for in full on delivery. The agreement was to install before I make payment but they came with a nice story that they are going to bring a ladder and that has taken 4 days. All their phones are switched off and when it goes through no one picks up. They collected ยข50.00 from a third party that was present to rent another ladder to come and install. I need that money returned to the person. You must check their reviews and ratings because I know they are all ghost pages or they hired people to give them good ratings. This is a bad way of doing business. They keep lying anytime I call or the third party calls

Our initial agreement was to have the AC delivered and installed. They came without a ladder and promised to do so later in the day, which didn't happen due to the rainfall. They kept giving excuses day after day and its been 3 days. Mr Jeff, who calls himself the head of the company has switched off his phone. I made payment for the AC. He forced ladder payment out of a third party and I want the money sent back. No need for installment. Very bad service and extremely unprofessional. Its sad
