Amenss Agriculture Limited Complaints

I put a call through to make enquires about Agricultural fertilizer which the customer care agent informed me they don't have available. I then asked what exactly the company deals in and I was greeted by a very rude question of why I wanted to know. In his words "I have told you we don't do fertilizer, why are you asking what we deal in". At that moment it came to my thought that the person who picked the call was probably an imposter. I don't believe a profit oriented company would hire a customer care agent who'll be hostile to explain what his organization is into. That's the number I called. 0803 711 7787
