Hi, I sent 2 parcel to India. My goods got missing and broken. I highlighted to them but they didnt respond to me and even not attending the calls and she blocked my contact. But they say that they are no 1 business. Worst service who not taking responsibility for the money I paid. I am out of the country now so she blocked my contact. I sent 2 parcel one to thanjavur and other to pollachi. Thanjavur parcel is broken and missing around 20kgs above. I highlighted to her, she hanged the call and blocked my contact. Pollachi parcel, not yet arrived. I wants to enquire but that lady blocked my contact and removed from WhatsApp. Is this the way you treat your customer? Please try to respond properly.
