About a month ago I logged a complaint about my 3 seater recliner,I was told that I would receive a call and it would be fetched at my house.I made a follow up call then later that week my husband received a message saying that I'm unreachable which was suprising as I had a lot of questions regarding that.This week I made a call again and was advised that I should furnish them with 4 contact numbers as I would receive a call between Monday and Tuesday which I did but again when I called today im told the same story.Ive never experienced this kind of service before,lies lies on top of lies.What is worse is that if I can get a statement from my service provider those mystery calls will never appear.I will now lodge a complaint with ombudsman because this is too much even the branch manager and my salesperson have been doing follow up I cannot fault them.In future I hope I never buy anything from bradlows for my own sake,maybe if I owed you you would make means to reach me

Good morning. On the 18th of August 2020 I went to Bradlows branch Chris Hani mall Vosloorus. My sales person was/is Florence. I paid R51, 400 cash for a bedroom suite. Lounge suite, TV stand and a coffee table.
On the 20th of August I expected my delivery, no communication from the store until I called. I waited the entire day. No updates until I physically went to the branch. All they did was to apologize. Finally when they delivered at 18h30, no coffee table, wrong color of couches, no screws for the mirror, never helped with assembling.
It was such a bad, unprofessional experience.
I'm still waiting for the coffee table to be.
The sales lady promised to call me this snd I know she won't. I'm the one who's gonna call and make a follow up up.
They really make me feel like I'm begging whereas I fully paid for everything.
No person or customer deserves such treatment or service.

To say I'm frustrated would be an under statement I am highly disappointed by the treatment I have received at your bluff branch from the manager to the staff wow never have I dealt with a manager that, says if u have a problem go complain on our website. I thought the first response would be how can I assist, keep client informed and resolve query but I was wrong. I did a laybye at the branch in June via the phone with the manager and I explained to her that I would like to put the laybye on my mom's name as I was in the process of purchasing a house so I couldn't have anything in my name, she said it's OK it won't be a problem I asked her shld I want to cancel or collect I won't have any issue? She said nope not at all she then passed me to an agent that assisted me telephonic bare in mind no documentation was requested or went to the store to ask for bank details to make eft payment as the lady that assisted me had issues sending them apparently she was waiting on her manager that was my first problem OK that got sorted the manager gave me the details I then made 2 eft payments then I asked the lady to check if they showing on my name and she did.. She assisted me so kindly after the flop and we got on good terms then I went to the store again to see the couches just to see how they would look after a while thenthe black lady that was on the floor put me off as she said bad things about the couches so I saw other ones bt was not sure anymore if I want to buy at your store cos ur employee already spoke bad about what I wanted so I went in to cancel... Again I had a problem they now requested for documentation which I was never informed I will need, with that inconvenience I got my ID and bank statement then they tell me they need my mother's ID and affidavit to release the money to my account regardless that I sent through prrof that I made the payments and they have been dealing with me from the get go, I then again was inconvenienced, I got the documents and sent it to the manager on Friday the asked if she received it and she confirmed to my dismay the order was only logged on Tuesday and that was because I asked her on Tuesday after for a follow up which she said she would do.. Typing this now you manager of that store has Called me and asked me if I don't know she is human and she has her family to look after? All because I asked her why am I the one who had to keep asking for feedback.. I need this matter resolved as urgently as possible.. I would never ever recommend bradlows to anyone because of such a painful experience.. You have lost a loyal customer.. Ps you need to change the staff they have no customers service and have a I don't care attitude

I bought a freezer and I was pretty advised to switch it on after 3hrs when I do the freezer was not working.i then lodged the complaint surprisingly enough after waiting for more then 7day for them to get back to me they sent me an sms confirming my exchange that was supposed to Take place on the 15th and today is the 17th nobody is telling me why The freezer was not delivered.i had to call everyday for a non progressive follow up ! ! I'm writing to you cause I think your after sales service is Pathetic. I went in with a complaint to your west street branch and the lady said that she could not find the person who was in charge of complaints but will get him to call me. Nothing of that sort happened. I went in again in 2 weeks and they were supposed to fetch my lounge suite. Nothing happened. I went in again after another 3 weeks made a noise and only then did they fetch my 3 seater leather suite. They had it for 7 weeks now and I had no response as yet from anyone in your store about my Suite. I went in on Saturday and the guy "Siya" said that they delivered the wrong one and now he is waiting for the right one and he will call me on Monday. I know for a fact that this will never happen. I have a good mind to take the remaining pieces and leave it in west street right outside the store and demand a refund
Get your darn act together before I shame your company on social media.

Hi, I ordered a Sealy Kayla queen bed online on the 27th of July 2020. Today is the 13th of August and my bed is still not delivered. I've been calling and emailing proof of payment since but still no delivery. This is such an inconvenience as I gave away my old bed in efforts make space for this bed now I'm sleeping in my child's bed. No man!

I purchased a new lounge suite from Bradlows Bloemfontein.We chose the one we liked and the sales consultant informed me that it will be delivered from the Welkom Store.The deal was done and I paid my deposit.
When we received delivery the following day and, they delivered demo stock/floor stock to us. It was torned, dirty and scratched (Photos to proof). I immediately informed the sales consultant and she said that the price we paid R15999.95 was for demo stock.It was never written on the price card as demo stock, and she never informed us that it is demo stock. No where on the purchase documents was it stipulated that it is demo stock.
She informed me to speak to the manager, Jacques.
He said he was not aware off it, and told me there is no where in SA stock off that specific lounge suite.
He said that he can get agents to repair it for us, and he will inform us. Since today nobody gave me feedback.
We are paying alot for the lounge, and expected a new one the day I purchased it, but instead we got a second hand lounge.
The sales consultants was not honest with us when the sales was done.
I would appreciate feedback and a solution.

I order pots on the 20 of July and nothing has been received to date. Tried calling the customer number to no avail. Even went to Bradlows Maponya Mall and a lady by the name of Elizabeth was contacted and they promised to call me back which was 2 weeks ago. No communication is received from your side which is very unprofessional. When dealing with clients it’s important to give feedback so we don’t fell dissatisfied by the service rendered. I have a layby with Bradlows Midrand of a Siena bedroom suite. Before lockdown level 5 began, i went instore to enquire on how to pay during lockdown and an easy pay number was given to me instore by Sadiki. I made a payment of R1200 at pick n pay. Once i went instore to confirm it, I was told it doesnt reflect on their bank statement because it was an account for Russell's. I have fully paid for the layby in July but it hasnt been delivered till now because of the missing R1200 although i have prove of payment.

Got a call that things are sorted on the 11th of August and that it will be delivered but guess what? Still waiting for head office to contact me about the delivery....

Good day,

I purchased 2x queen size mattresses from your online shop on the 03rd of July 2020 order number 800009801. 30 days has passed and I have not received my order and there is no communication from your office.

I have made means to contact your online division, it seems like no one bothers answering the phone or e-mails.

Please note if my complaint is not answered within 2 days. I will be reporting Bradlows to the ombudsman.

It is really uncalled for that I have to run after bradlows, I am the customer here not the supplier.

I placed my order on 2020/07/28 online. Immediate EFT. I received a booking confirmation but WHERE IS MY STOVE! This is my Order Number:#800010633. Up to date there has been NO further communication. I tried the Customer Care Service number but absolutely no answer. I cant get hold of Head Office either. I cant track my order as well. Did you take my money and dissapear or whats going on.I need a definite response on this matter.

I tried calling the customer care number but no one is picking up the phone and I've sent several emails but no response, it is really frustrating. I know we are in times of a pandemic but you make alternatives when you area company in retail.

I have a problem with my credit score report, my bradlows account on my credit score report it reflects as account in arrears its been 2 months with that same status. My account is up to date with payments. Please update my credit score.

I've been trying for the past two months now to sort this issue out regarding my mattress. The day on delivery I notice that my mattress is torn. I immediately phone the store manager in Mitchell's Plain Promenade. This woman is useless. I phone head office send emails headoffice is just so useless. I need u to replace my mattress asap.

I bought tv unit and it had chapped they came and take it on March then i called to check how far are they n was told I must pay if I want them to fix it I said bring it back as is cause I’m still paying for it . My parents bought a fridge beginning of the year, they asked for a 6 months payment plan and the manager decided to put them in a 48 months payment plan. Instead of a 682 we are paying R1500 so we finish it quickly. We are now told to pay R8000, we don’t understand please because the manager who opened the account for my 86 years old father doesn’t seem to care.

I purchased furniture @Bradlows insurance which I stressed I didn't need...I was told it is your company policy. My account has been up to date until Covid-19 struck. I have been emailing Bradlows proof that I am not earning a salary other than TERS, & to claim installments from Abacus Insurance. I got an email back from Bradlows...my request has been forwarded to Abacus Insurance who will be in contact; they never contacted me. I called Bradlows to inform them of this & Bradlows staff saying they cant help me as Abacus will be in contact yet I have been calling Abacus & they don't answer their phones at all or the emails. I want Bradlows to take responsibility since this is their service provider which is not doing what they are supposed to. Installments should be reduced and credits passed from time of inception for all insurance is my request.

I came to settle laybye and collect the item (coffee table).
I did the laybye at Bradlows Westgate Branch and reffered to Prominade Br for collection as they were out of stock, and they will contact each other to have the coffee table wrapped and prepared foe collection.
On my arrival at the Priminade Br it was a complete opposite
1. Not wrapped and on display
2. Full of scratches
I raised concerns of the condition but the personel said I need to sort it with the other br which meant more loss to me ( time,transport and now loss of interest)
I then settled for the one they have on display regardless of the condition but the staff refused clean/wrap & taking it iyt off their store for me and claimed Policy isseus instead advised me of asking random guys on parking to assist me.

IF I ONE WANTS TO MEET AROGANT CARELESS STAFF,BRADLOWS WILL BE THE RUGHT PLACE.
