Im beggining to hate Bradlows with my whole heart,i bought a Tivolli diningroom suite at Bradlows Pongola,firstly i didnt want them to charge delivery for me but they did it without my knowledge,i went there on friday to collect my stuff they told me they have charge me delivery,fine,they called on Sunday asking for my whereabout my husband told them im home,they said they are coming to deliver,up until today i havent recieve my goods,i tried phoning them but the sales lady and the manager dont pick up my calls,they dont even bother to tell me when am i going to receive my goods,when they do pick up,they tell me about their problem at the warehouse,how is that my problem?now,tomorrow 18 december im going there to cancel the deal and i want my money back.i am tired

I opened a lay -bay at Bradlows in Cape Town. I cancelled my due to financial reasons. I cancelled the lay bay on 30 October 2018 and i was told it would take 21 days to the refund to processed, until this day i am waiting on my money. I have been to the shop numerous times and every time I am told a story as to why my refund has not been processed.I am very dissapointed in this type of service I have received so far. I really hope I can get my money back soon.

My wife purchased a few items from Bradlows phoenix, we settle the account in advance and in September this year, however bradlows failed to notify any of the credit bureau, causing my wife's credit score to drop, as it reflects that we are not making payment, which is now affecting us from taking a home loan, we had no assistance from the phoenix branch, and we called the head office.

I bought a bedroom suit on laybuy on the 13 January 2018 and finished my instalment on the 8 September 2018 and they delivered on the 11 September only to find out the mirror was broken they took it bad and they came back on the 13 September 2018 with incorrect bedroom suit and they took it back and come back again on the 29 September 2018 again brought a wrong bedroom suit which I bought king size but came queen size till now they are refusing to exchange it they give me a runner round it's almost two months now.

bought set of sofas at Bradlows cash 24/11/2017 two months later they started Fluffing went back to report the matter to the shop Bradlows acknowledged my complaint and came and fetch the set of sofas 02/02/2018 up until today no one has made an effort to update me on what is happening my family is sitting on the floor i want a replacement i cant carry on sitting on the floor.if they had been informing me of the progress i would have been satisfied but i am now frustrated as i can see that they have no consideration for me at all.
They must now replace the sofas due to their lack of consideration and communication.Now i received a call from warehouse they told me i have to pay R3192 if i want my sofas to be repaired

They collected mine the 10/01/2018 and i still dont have it back But you will take my money every month for something i dont even have in my House,!!!!!!!

COMPLAINT #1524 - Product Issues
On the 29th of January I went to Bradllows and took a few items in contract and was told the furniture would arrive on the Wednesday which was the 31st, but it didn't come... I then received a call and requested the things to be delivered on the Monday if the 5th if February hence I would be off on the day, I still haven't heard anything. It's really annoying and unfair to have to wait and there's no communication of some sort from this company.

Its been two weeks since I've been waiting for my delivery till today all I hear is lies after lies, If I do not get ALL of my furniture today I am canceling my account am really tired of running after them.
