I bought a twin tub washing machine on the 10/12/2019 within few months the washing machine was not able to spin my washing went to the store and report the incident as the machine is still under warranty store ref no:MO-HISE-20200903-0150,few days later got an sms from hisense repair ref:211595204 on the 20/10/2020 that they will come the did come and said they will order the part,on the 23/10/2020 got an sms that the part is being ordered but no stock

I followed up again in 2021, got the sms on the 20/02/2021 ref 21179892 that the agent will come again few days later sms ref:21179892 complete repair, till to-date my washing machine still not fix

The service I got from the Bradlows store and hisense repair is pathetic they do not know the principle TCF,treating customers fairly I will not recommend them to my family and friends, due to their pathetic service they even give me a wrong surname

I bought this jvc sound bar 2 weeks ago and now the subwoover does not want to connect to the sound bar. I tried every trick i googled and still does not wana connect. It only flashes green and red light. What should i do, its been 3 days trying to connect.

I hereby wish to register my dissatisfaction about the level of service i received at one of your stores at Rustenburg. I bought the items at around 11:00 in the morning and only to receive my staff around 20:00 after having visited the store again. The manager there has no room for redress and he kept on making excuses regarding delivering the furniture I bought and they didnt have officials to load that stock onto the transport I came with, not to even mention the fact that they done have a person responsible for deliveries. Sales lady who was also assisting me was rude because at some point she even neglected my calls as if i was bothering her. The treatment i received from that store is uncalled for, those people treated me as if i was taking the furniture on credit.

Your intervention onto this matter is highly appreciated and it will be a great honor if feedback can be provided to us.

I have an account with bradlows nelspruit. Took in a laptop for repair as the battery busted and the charging point not working. Filed a complaint and took it in in December. Got no feedback up until I went to the shop mid March to be told that they received a feedback in February that it can't be fixed and the insurance will or must give me a new one.

Well, I asked why I wasn't contacted... No legit reason. Last Tuesday I waited an hour for "forms" that I must fill in for the insurance claim. And apparently no upto date forms were sent to the nelspruit branch... Decided to live and attend to a meeting... Returned again after an hour still no papers/forms. Went there again today still no forms to fill in... Was told a long story thst I'm not interested in... I just need my laptop back

So what does one do now?

I am extremely frustrated and unhappy with the service provided by bradlows, purchased a recliner sofa set in Dec 2020, within 2 weeks the 3 Seater was feeling weak and cushion becoming softer, I requested that it be collected and repaired as the set was still new. After 3 weeks they brought the repaired sofa however I found other damages to the sofas which I then requested be taken back and repaired as well. I am still waiting for my sofas ever since 17 Feb 2021, since then a month as passed and I have no feedback as to what is going on, the store themselves followed up with no feedback, I required urgent feedback! Never again will I purchase anything from bradlows. Many complaints about their service from many people.

On the 23 March 2021 I went into your branch in Panama African mall to follow up on my order and query my previous orderand came in contact with this very rude sales consultant by the name of Bongiswa who told me that she cant assist me since I gave another consultant who was off today commissions which she wont benefit from so there is nothing she can do . The previous order I was asking for assistance with Bongiswa was the one assisting so now coz of the new order that was placed with another agent she can't assist . she closed off everything my swearing at me infront of all other consultants and customers

I bought couches at bradlows lichtenburg and its almost 2 months now i went to them to complain that im not happy because the leather is starting to be like its losing its colour on the arm rest. And they promised me that they will collect them but even today they havent done anything they called me last Monday that they will be coming to collect the couches but they didnt come. I went to he shop 4 times but nothing is happening.
I bought those couches for 32000 because i loved them but now im not enjoying them.
I hope i will be assisted.

I bought a magnolia 152 cm bed set from your Golden Acre branch Capetown a year ago the bed springs collapsed and it was returned and a new mattress was brought to my residence at 115 Evergreen Road Hanover Park Capetown. Two weeks ago whilst sleeping heard a Big Bang and thought it was outside of my property. On further investigation I discovered that it wasn’t outside my property however it was the bed springs that collapsed.

I called your branch in Capetown town to informed them regarding the problem and asked to speak to Ebrahim the salesman however I was told that he’s no longer working for the company. The lady that I spoke to said I must leave my contact information and she will call me back as soon as she is finished assisting a client.

I am still waiting for the service staff!!!!

I must express my total frustration with Bradlows Chatsworth Branch. I purchased 3 items one being a double door fridge, it was delivered to me on 27/02/2021, upon inspection, I found 2 scratches on the left hand side door glass, I immediately called the store manager to explain the damage and check for way forward. I was advised to accept the delivery and endorse the delivery note with the defects and that a claim will be lodged with the supplier. There was some communication between myself and the store manager regarding status of claim and I was advised that he was waiting for confirmation, eventually he advised me that it was approved and that he was waiting for the stock to be delivered to the store in order for him to arrange delivery. He eventually confirmed delivery for Saturday 13/03, I requested to be the first delivery as the previous delivery came in the afternoon and my entire day was waisted. Delivery time for the second replacement fridge was not confirmed the store manager claimed the he tried calling and I was unreachable. I managed to get hold of him on the morning of the expected delivery and he advised me that the delivery was arranged for 2pm. There was not much that I could do so I accepted the response and just wanted to move on. I eventually got a call from the guy doing the deliveries to advise that he was in Bluff and going back to the store to load my item and delivery that was at 12:19, at 15:42, I was highly frustrated as the entire day had passed and I tried calling the store manager and he was not taking my calls. I then called then called the guy that does the deliveries at 15:48, he returned my call a few minutes later advising me that he was in Toti doing another delivery and that the replacement fridge was also damaged it had similar scratch marks on the door, therefore the delivery could not be done. He said that he would of expected the store to call to let me know. I expressed my frustration with him and asked him to pass the message on to the store on Monday. Its totally unacceptable for me to wait again and no one from the store has the decency to call me to let me know. The service is unacceptable, as a paying customer we expect more! I will be logging an official complaint with Bradlows head office. Who know when I will get the undamaged item that I'm paying for! I have still not received a call from the branch manager Bradley regarding feedback. I want this issue resolved with some urgency. Note I have posted a review on Hello Peter.

We bought some furniture from Bradlows they promised to deliver within 48 hours. It is 1 week and still nothing. When they eventually delivered the headboard was broken and they took back the whole order. After numerous phone calls and complaints no service yet. No one cares about you as a customer they just say sorry we cannot help. I am furious i will never again buy from Bradlows again. Worst customer service ever. Even the headoffice could not help when you want to logg a complaint they tell you to do so. What service is this???

Bradlows Order 800012971 order date 2020/12/05 Microwave not delivered yet.

I have called the Call centre 0800119933 number at least 8 times since December and NO ONE has come back to me yet.

I then logged a complaint on this database Ref number #12232. Someone phoned me a week later and said that my microwave would be delivered on Monday 1st March. I received an SMS stating this fact.

It is now Wednesday the 10th March and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY MICROWAVE.

I was very sceptical about buying on line from Bradlows and now I know for sure that NO ONE should EVER order ANYTHING ON LINE FROM BRADLOWS.

The WORST company EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope and pray that there will be at least ONE PERSON who will be able to assist me as it is now 4 months later and no microwave.

What else must I do?????????

I bought Jasmine bed and within 3months it was torn the springs or wires started showing. I filed a complaint and truly speaking they acted on it so fast. My mattress was changed. But now my worry is this new mattress within few months again it's starting to give me problems. Ts producing a funny sound and some pieces you can even see them protruding on the sides. Will I be doing this exchange business forever ? I don't think a bed worth R5500 should be giving such problems. Please assist me asap and with a better option. We still want to refer people to your store, but please offer quality goods.

and pretend as if they making sales
however they take clients who came to apply then send the applications to loan companies to claim the money for themselves and increase their sales as their sales consultants at a virgin active in Boksburg , the consultants are Miss Ellisa who was transfered to another branch .I would like this matter to be attended to before it causes trouble and loss to your company

I've done layby in your store and when go and buy a stove using that money they told me that that money doesn't appear in my account they are going to call / to send the slip and complain to the head office. It was on December 2020. Until now there's no response. Please I need my money back otherwise I'm going to take furthur step because I've send proof of payment to the office at Bizana . But even a single day they phone me and tell me how far now. And I used to go there and ask but they keep on saying they are going to phone when my money is cleared un my account.

Please I need my money back you are not the only furniture shop around.

I am disgusted an furious with the services I have received from Bradlows online.it’s day 6 an still my order has just been placed .if I do not receive my order before the 10th day I want a refund immediately .!!!!!!!!!
