I've bought a Titania 5pce Headroom Suite, Rhapsody Taupe Fabric, Lucci Server Table and Corona 7piece Dining Room Suite in March last year. What hurts me the most is that I've spent cash on everything, the person who gained from me already spent her commission but I have to wait for my cash back for a year. I am not setisfied about any of them. It is like they were used before, one of my couches is been going in and out of the Wearhouse to be fixed, it was taken for more thand three months but still it came back with more damages instead. I asked for an exchange, the manager told me it's possible but when I do want them to continue with it he tell me stories about following the rules. I no longer want them because the are a lot of damages. I was told my bedroom suite will be collected or changed in January, it's march now and nothing is happening. I only get a feedback if I contact the branch or go to them. So I think I'm underestimated coz I'm still young.

I am disgusted an furious with the services I have received from Bradlows online.it’s day 6 an still my order has just been placed .if I do not receive my order before the 10th day I want a refund immediately .!!!!!!!!!

This was a wedding gift an it’s the wedding on the 6th still no gift after being promised the microwave the 2nd of March already disgusting service honestly

I am disappointed in the service we have received from the Bluff Branch, our fridge started making a loud noise a week ago we contacted Thembi as she was the one we dealt with, she said she logged the complaint and that a technician will be in contact. Since then no one has contacted us the fridge is gone worse, we had to throw away so much food as the freezer defrosted everything, yesterday it started smelling like gas is leaking, we live in flat so we can smell the gas through the whole flat, I have a 6 year old who is complaining about the smell and he cant breathe properly, we are also struggling. We then told Thembi again via whatsapp she said that the turnaround time for complaints is 21 days, what nonsense is this? Only to phone the complaints department this morning and find out that our complaint was only logged yesterday. I am so pissed off as this problem was supposed to be resolved already. Who is going to be liable for the cost of the food we had to throw away? Still they cannot tell me when a technician will come out to sort this out. Your service is very bad. I will not buy from your store again.

I paid up my account on 13th November 2020 and got a confirmation email to that. On checking on Experian credit bureau I found out that the account is indeed closed, but January 2021 I got calls, text messages and emails that I must pay an outstanding amount of +-R600.00 and that I'm a month in arrears. I was never behind in paying my account and to find my name placed on Experian credit bureau gave me a heart attack. The bullying tactics was used in forcing me to pay by sending messages and calls during ungodly hours of the day. I decided to go and pay although I never got a satisfactory explanation as to why must I continue paying for an insurance, handling fees, vat and so on meanwhile I finished paying the account in November 2020. I paid at Bradlows Mitchell's plain @ Prominade and I asked the gentleman who was helping me to assured me that I've paid what the consultant indicated I must pay. The gentleman assured me that the amount reflected was +-R330.00 and he gave me the number to call to get a paid up letter. I did exactly that and a paid up letter was emailed to me. A week later on the 27th of February 2021 to be exact I received an SMS message that I must go and pay R389.00 and I want to know when is this going to end. My name is placed on Experian credit bureau as being on arrears. My request is that some consultants of your organization are using bullying tactics in forcing consumers to pay instead of first addressing the concerns raised. I was never in arrears in my account, paying R1446.00 instalment per month and I used to request statements as they were not sent at all, and on reconciling my account I found out payment of a previous month would not show meaning that your credit section is a month behind in reconciling a customer's account, e.g. my statement of January 2021 generated on the 7th of January 2021 would not reflect payment I made on the 15th of December 2020 which is a previous month. I arranged a debit order for the 15th of each month and not even once that the instalment was not honoured until now where I being blacklisted for something that is not of my own making. I have been to Bradlows in East london Balfour office, have been here for more than 2 hrs, i want to buy a Tv stand but i can't pay because the person responsible for payments in out of the store since 10 oclock. The sales lady who is helping tried to call him, he responded by saying we can lodge a complaint he doesn't care.
That is not the way to treat your customers.
Please address this issue because this is the highest arrogance i've ever heard in my life. We also have have somethings to do than to seat at Bradlows for 2 hrs without any assistance.

We have complaint previously about Roseann already and she did contact us but again lied to us about returning her calls,which for a Manager is the most unprofessional behave. We have purchased a lounge suite that cost R30 000 which we are very unhappy with. We want to either have a senior person contact us immediately to either sort this mess out or change our suite as it is the most uncomfortable lounge suite ever. If someone does not call me then I'm gng to put a stop on my account and then only will someone immediately will call as it's for payment. This is ridiculous seriously. We purchased this suite in September last year so its still brand new but we are so so unhappy. This us not right.

I'm so disappointed with urls services and most of all to deal with a person like Roseanne to deal with.

I purchased a 55inch sansui smart tv on the 30 January 2021, I received a confirmation that it will be delivered with 3-10 working days. It's been almost a month still I have not received the TV.

I contacted bradlows head office but their consultants are not helpful they keep on saying the matter has been escalated and that they will get back to me but they never do.

Today is the 26 of February 2021 still no delivery has been made
I have been more than patient but now I need my TV as in now.

Good day,we have had numerous calls made to Roxanne regarding a lounge suite we had purchased last year September 2020 and have had issues with the lounge suite so we contacted Bradley at the chatsworth branch as we deal with our chatsworth branch but because they didnt have stock of the suite we where sent to bluff where they had stock and because we purchased the suite from the bluff branch Bradley got us in contact with Roxanne, so from last week we have being calling here to get someone to pick up the suite but today date we still calling her as no one picked up this suite and this is becoming ridiculous as she keeps making promises that she will call us like today we called her in the morning and she told us she will give us feedback by 12h00 today and it's like 2pm and still no joy from her whatsoever which is rather unprofessional.i need some one to contact me as a matter of urgency.

I bought a jvc 65 inch smart tv from bradlows welkom in july 2020
From the start there was a dot on the screen, i phoned the manager and said i dont want to open the tv so ill live with the dot. I asked her that if the dot got worse if i could phone her and if she would help me, she said yes of course. So in January 2021 the dot got bigger, actually longer. In feb i noted a crack right where the dot was, so from the start the tv had to have a small crack that got worse because of working temperatures and ambient temperatures. The consumer act states that i can return, exchange or request a repair within 6 months from delivery. There are also no marks that can proof that i damaged the tv. Ftom delivery up to when i made a call to the manager, i need the recordings from bradlows, my 6 months was stil in bounds. Please see to my complaint. Jaco 0724404204

We have been trying to get our couches fixed since late 2019. The couches starting peeling off within two years of being purchased. Since the warranty still applied, we went to the branch in Landros, Polokwane to get them repaired. We have physically visited the store and made phone calls to the branch, complaints departed and emailed the main office to get the couches fixed. We were told representatives from the warehouse will come to our home to assess the problem in order to get the couched fixed or replace them. We make calls where we are told that we will be called back with at least a reference number which it seems no one seems to have. No call or other communication about this matter is exchanged with us with regards to the reference number as indication that this matter has been processed and will be taken care of. No calls are returned after a minimum of three calls every other day requesting assistance with this matter (In most cases we speak to someone who seems to not be able to help but offers to have us called back by someone who can help). I have escalated this matter to different branches of which every time we are told the matter is been looked at, we told representatives will be sent to our home to take care of these repairs and still nothing. I have asked countless times ,when I do happen to get in touch of anyone willing to listen, for a reference number but I keep getting bounced to the Landros branch in Polokwane where I purchased the couches to the warehouse where the repair staff are stationed. I am very frustrated and would like value for my money.

I made a purchase of 2 Sansui smart tv 55inch on the 30 January 2021. I then received a message on the 8 February that my order will be delivered on the 10 February 2021 but that never happened.

I have tried several times to contact head office but the consultant gives the same response every time I call that "the matter has been escalated and there is nothing she can do unless the relevant people have responded"

What makes matters worse is that there hasn't been any communication from Bradlows to me to atleast explain the delay. I'm the one who keeps on calling with no help.

I need to know when am I getting my order and why is it taking long.

Following up on my complaint which was logged on the 4th of February 2021, for Bradlows in West Street Durban, about my coffee table which was fetched at B711 Umlazi, Durban by your JDG CHAIN Services to be repaired or fixed on rhe 25th of October in 2019. I had only received from Bradlows Customer careby e-mail,"You will respond to my complaint in 2 working days". It's been two weeks full now without any response and the query is still unresolved.

I paid up my account in December last year, an amount of about R1600 was supposed to be debited. Bradlows debited the normal amount of R2154, now looks like it's a struggle to get a refund. I am the account holder, but the debit order went to my sister's account. Can we please have our money back?

On the 23rd or January I made an online purchase for a TV to be delivered within 3-10 working days.
On the 8th working day I noticed that my online tracking status had not changed and that tracking was not available so I called into the contact center and was given a complaint reference.
A little while later a lady called me saying that she is from head office and that the Durban warehouse doesn't have stock but Pretoria does and that the TV will be deleivered in another 10 working days as she is waiting for her manager to sign of approval for the courier and she will be in contact to keep me informed.
Today, being the 2nd 10th day for which delivery was promised, I have still not received my TV and furthermore everytime I contact your contact center or your Facebook messenger all I get told is that someone will contact me... Weeks later and this has not happened.

This frustrates me for numerous reasons...
1 - twice now your company has not kept to its word of delivery... I feel betrayed by the poor customer care I've received.
2 - I could have walked in to any store and walked out with a TV the same day... What I thought to be convenient has turned into a nightmare.
3 - I ordered Fibre 2 weeks (10 working days) after purchased the TV and within 1 week (5 working days) I was set up and made and live by 3 different teams... This is terrible service quality bad ethics of not keeping to your word.
