I am so upset with you guys. We are paying our account like R5000 or R10000 not every month but when we have that amount to pay. Our monthly payment is R1900 pm. We are so far in front, and then you can still phone us for a payment of R1900. Then you say the credit people check and they are going to put us on the credit to say we are not paying. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My problem is that as a customer we not getting anywhere with our complaint. I have been having problems with my washing machine from the time I bought it and the only thing that gets done is a repair that last for three months and there it goes again. All store manager does is sit there and do nothing- that's Bradley at the Chatsworth store and as for our sales lady Mrs Ross, she's "all don't worry I will phone" no calls come from the manager or the sales lady when we called and spoke to Bradley and Mrs Ross they say the machine must be repaired three times before they replace it, three repairs have already been done. Now I am tired of this incompetence the only solution I have to solve my problem is that Bradlows refund my money or else I will take this matter further because of this I put all my other accounts that I have with them on hold I need Mrs Ross and Bradley from the Chatsworth store to answer for everything that is happening urgently. I do not need my machine to be repaired again I need them to replace it because I have an extended warranty.

I bought sitting room couches black leather but two of the six pieces change colour from the original black to greyish and the material also changed. I reported the case with my salesperson many times.I ended up demanding the next person senior that her since she was not helping.She gave me the manager who also did not help me it's been four years now I am a very unhappy customer.This also makes a bad name for your company do you know that one unhappy customer will pass it to ten people and the ten will pass it to their ten people.

2. On 3 February 2021 I lodged my complaint through 0800119933 and was attended to by NTWANANO. It was not a pleasant conversation between us as he downplayed my request to have the desk delivered. He was very condescending in his response when he told me that BRADLOWS plan their deliveries. This I interpreted as an indirect way of telling me that a CUSTOMER's planning if at all exists, is inferior and is none of BRADLOW's concern. NTWANANO told me that if I wanted to cancel the purchase, I could do that. I was perturbed by that advice as I least expected it from a BRADLOWS staff.
3.NTWANANO told me the desk was going to be delivered on 9 February 2021. Being told on 3 February 2021 that your desk was going to be delivered 6 days later, was very disturbing to me as it showed that BRADLOWS did not care about their CUSTOMERS and their planning matters more than CUSTOMERS'planning.
4. Today is 10 February 2021, no delivery has taken place and I have not received an explanation regarding FAILURE to deliver on 9 FEBRUARY 2021 as per what NTWANANO told me that BRADLOWS plan their delivery. The only reason I can come to is that BRADLOWS has POOR planning. This poor planning led to BRADLOWS delivering a damaged desk, and again this poor planning has resulted in BRADLOWS failing to deliver on a date that they had chosen themselves based on their PLANNING.
4. I am wondering what are your VALUES as an organization. I will be so surprised if TRUST were one of them. Trust is one of the fundamental values that an organization has to uphold because it is an aspect of a relationship. How BRADLOWS has portrayed themselves in this period, has led me to distrust BRADLOWS and this is what I will share with anyone where an opportunity arises to relate my experience as a BRADLOWS customer.
4. At 11H20 this morning I called the BLUFF BRADLOWS wanting to express my dissatisfaction. I spoke to Hamilton Shangase who told me that Thembi, the salesperson that assisted me was off, and the Store Manager, Roseanne was in a meeting that was going to finish at 12noon. Hamilton Shangase promised that he was going to convey the message to Roseanne for her to call me. It is now after 13H00, I have not received any call from the Store Manager, Roseanne. I guess with BRADLOWS a customer only matters to a certain extent.
5. Am I expected to pay for the DESK I do not have on Monday, 15 February 2021?
6. My house and premises are not a storage or warehouse for your damaged furniture. I am giving you 24 HRS to come and remove your DAMAGED furniture from my property. Failing which I will take the matter up with the Consumer Goods and Service Industry Ombud.

My name is Teboho Noko and this on behalf of my father Buti Joel Noko bought sofas on the 4th of January 2019 but unfortunately the stitches got torn and as they were under warranty they were collected for repair on the 29th of October 2019 and it is sad that to this day he has not received his sofas back, they have been promising to deliver of which they failed everytime to the extent that a complaint was lodged with reference no:711359201,my father has been given the run around by the store based in Vereeniging branch but they still debiting from his account even now for sofas he has sat on for over a year, this total disrespect and disregard for an elderly person, a loyal customer who has missed his monthly payment even once. I wonder if this online platform of complaints will help because we have tried so many times but without success to sort this as he no longer wants the sofas but want his refund.

And they have not yet delivered to my place which means one of their seller representatives might have taken them to their house and I was placed to a 5years contract of paying them which is all fraudulent made by the shop.I’ve never had the couches at my place and I am now paying for something I don’t have.

The first complaint by email letter was sent on thr 25th of November 2020 to Bradlows online customer service where bradlows queries are launched.
The second complaint by email on the 4th of February 2021 to Bradlows in west street Durban about the coffee table which was fetched for repair by JDG chain services at B711 umlazi on the 25th of October 2019 to be fixed.
I was at Bradlows in west street Durban on the 2nd of February 2021 for follow up of the coffee table query ,but I was told that the sales lady who knows about complaint was Day off .
On the 22nd of December 2020 I was at Bradlows in west street Durban. The sales lady took me for the first time to the manager and told her (manager ) about the matter but I did not hear their conversation because there was something puzzling me .
I gave the manager the draft email letter dated 25 November 2020,the same as the first complaint .She looked at it (Draft email letter ) and gave it to the sales lady. Then the sales lady said to me ,"The one who is in charge for queries is on leave ,he/she will be back in January 2021" , as it was December 22 2020. She photo copied the draft of the same email letter dated 25 November 2020 so that she (the sales lady) will hand it to the one who is in charge for queries when he/she is back from leave. She then return my draft email letter after she had photocopied it .
I have been waiting for the outcome up until I went to bradlows on the 2nd of February 2021 ,but the sales lady who knows about the complaint was day off.
I am bringing to your attention that I am now tired of verbal complaining and phoning because seemingly,no one wants me to call them and yet the query is still remaining unresolved ,therefore my decision is ,return my coffee table fixed/repaired where it is supposed to because I will not accept it if not so -bearing in mind that now has been a very long time without my coffee table ,from 2019 now it is 2021.

I had gone to your shop at Bizana on Thursday the 26th of November to make an enquiry about a lounge suit that I intended to buy, (celebrity lounge suite) when l got there the sales lady by the name of Pat including the cashier whose name l don't know told me that the lounge suite is on special for black Friday and it's R15999.. if l don't buy it then, l would get it for R23999(when l asked them if l could maybe laybye it and pay the balance on the following Monday).. I went and called my husband to go and buy it as l did not want to lose on the special, we bought the couches and they were delivered incomplete on the 30th of November 3 mushroom and 1 brown which the was taken back to the warehouse to be exchanged... Up until today I have been given the run around.. And unfortunately my husband passed away on the 22nd of December, lf I do not get a response from you regarding this l am going to involve my lawyers.

I bought couches in 2018 December. Been complaining about them for the past two years.They feel like there is a whole when you sit. Stitches are coming out.Recliners not working well. Even the Salesman can't help me because he would book in the couches for repairs but they'll take a long process because you have to book them one by one and they take time to collect, repair and bring back, by the time you book in the last one the first is giving you problems. I would be following up with the Salesman and sometimes he would tell me that he really don't know why they take this long to collect, repair and bring back. Last year was even worse because they will tell you about lockdown backlog. Two years has gone by but I'm having one and the same problem. I'm stuck with ugly couches in my lounge I'm even thinking of writing to hellopeter. These couches take long to be repaired you sit on them two or three months the same thing comes back. The two seater is even worse. It was brought back from repairs not in a good condition the leather is peeling off, it's sagging.

Bradlows responded on the 2nd of February 2021 confirming receipt of my complaint. They said they will get back to me after the lockdown. I don't think it is fair for them to say they will attend to the after the lockdown while their shops are in operation but it's a problem to attend to our complaints. It is really not appetizing to look and sit on sagging couches.My sitting room looks ugly and untidy because of these couches.

Salesman has been saying I must wait for their werehouse to call me to arrange for collection of couches which were damaged by their werehouse while they were sent for repairs. At the end he sent me response via WhatsApp with photos taken from a document which stated that I am out of warranty I am liable for repairs cost plus transport, they said I must R900. 00 for collection of the couches then they will qoate me for repairs which I refused to do as the couches were damaged in their werehouse. The person I've been communicating with via email at [email protected] is no longer responding to my emails.
I wish I could forward you our communication history since 01 March 2021 via email if possible?

Our Member made a purchase of a two tone brown coffee table on line and it was advertised at R 0 amount of sale and she had to pay for delivery. She proceeded as per advertisement but she has not received the delivery thereof instead she was paid a refund of the money she paid. My wife purchased a coffee table from you on the 21st Jan 2021, whereby the order was confirmed and the delivery fee charged and paid. To our surprise we are told that the order will not be delivered due to a pricing error. I believe that this product was advertised on your website, which is regarded as a promise to the customer and when a purchase agreement is entered through purchasing on the internet, you opt not to deliver. I would like that Bradlows takes this seriously as this is seen as a breach of contract or agreement.
