I was harrassed by their collection teams. They even threaten me if I am not going to pay in the exact date they mentioned they are going to visit me personally or they will go to our barangay, or they are going to call mg contacts or call the company I am working. I know I am responsible to my debt but as of the moment because of the pandemic I am unable to pay it. They called me several times in a day using different phone numbers. I am so stressed and depressed.

Just had a settlement with 3rd agent caller to reschedule my payment, but still got a follow up call for the 5th time. Its like they are not really documenting every client call and my worry is that I might pay a penalty fee in the end.

I have a concern with cashwagon. I have paid my loan amounting to 7000 but I have used my previous loan's loan agreement number. In other words, the amount I have paid is still under my name and I have evidence that I paid. Another thing is I changed my prepaid number into a postpaid, this means they cannot contact me but they have my email, they have my facebook and I even called their landline but they will direct me to chattting and no one ever answered my concern. I am writing this concern because in my app it's still overdue and they even called my boyfriend about it. Now, why not check their email and answer me there and contact me. I hope they will change their system on an easier way of contacting them.7000 is a big amount I hope they can notify me about this. Pinapahirapan nila yung mga customer nila.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is NOT actually a complaint but an opportunity for Cashwagon to improve their service.

I would like to know the status of my loan application for the second time but there's no one to talk to. It's a repeat loan dated 29 April 2019 but up to this date there has been no confirmation if it's a go or a no.

Everytime you dial the Customer Service number, it is always busy or not in service. I've tried their chat messaging option on their website but no one answers.

Queries cannot be cleared if they don't open their line to clients/customers.

I hope this could be fixed soon.
