Good day,

I would like to inform you about a very unpleasant encounter with your very RUDE driver in the name of Lito P Berdoro. He was assigned to deliver our orders on FEBRUARY 20, 2020. They got here around 1-2 pm more or less, due to the lack of employee of our store we were unable to receive the said delivery immediately, because we have our own delivery to take care of.

But since your egoistic driver is unable to patiently wait his turn he pulled out the delivery without hesitations, and drove off with our orders. We contacted the salesperson to call back the driver but he did not acknowledge, we contacted the CDO office but they said he turned off his phone. We contacted the main office, and yet we are still waiting for a response.

With all due respect, please take appropriate disciplinary action to these antisocial driver of your company because the encounter was the worse we had over the few years.

Hoping that the office would update us of this complaint.
