I have filed educ benefit claim last June 29, 2020, up to now I have not received the benefit and cannot contact the main office. The branch here in Naga City are just making excuses, is the company still existing? WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO OUR HARD EARNED MONEY INVESTED FOR OUR PRE NEED? %1@
We have a pandemic and finding it hard to make ends meet. What will happen to my childs education, if they will not pay, the plan has matured since 2019. All the orig docs were submitted to the main office tgru, Naga City Branch.. Pls act on this soonest. Thank you

Last July 22, 2019 I have filed the FCA on my Policy #2KG01074591 life plan -ECP2. I have submitted my original copy of my Policy contract to Ms. Hanilyn Raz at Eternal -Cebu branch office and until now i have not received any communications regarding my claim. Its almost 2 yrs but no one answers my request , I have been made a follow-up last July 13,2020 and even called thru his celphone of Ms. Hanilyn Raz but nobody answer.Please help me for immediate response of my claim. Thank you & more power.

My Pension Plan matures last Jan 19, 2019. Before the said date, I submitted the documents they needed for the release of my pension. Since then no update from them as to when can I claim my pension. Until now, it's almost 2 1/2 years, still I was not able to claim it. It's hard also to contact their office.

And until now I have not receive any text messages from your cebu office. Last year, almost every month I do the follow call at your office but no cheque arrived. How long we can have our claim?

For a long period already we have not received Educational checks from your office which was agreed in the contract. Me and my wife beneficiaries DARAH CAMILLA R. OCAMPO AND DONNA MAE R. OCAMPO are suppose to receive checks per semester until their graduation but not materialize. Do not negate your duty for money claims.
Second, your branch office here in Dagupan city, Pangasinan cannot be located. The officer in charge cannot be contacted. We are not being inform if we have checks for us to claim or none. It seems intentional for us not to claim what is rightfully ours.
Third, the educational plan of Matthew R. Ocampo, my son, paid for five yeard be REFUNDED. I REQUEST FOR REFUND. Return our money.

My father in law, Leonardo Balbuena Sr died but has not used his lifeplan because he died in a far flung area in Surigao del Sur and Eternal has no tie up funeral services. As agreed with Eternal, we will just be reimbursing the said plan. We already submitted the documents but everytime we go to the main office, no update was given. Its been over a year since we filed for the reimbursement. At least you should provide us a definite date kelan marelease. Pumunta pa dto yung biyenan ko from Surigao to follow up the claim.

Any development po sa claims nyo? Like yours, we are keeping follow up din po with unused life plan / funeral service.

Itatanong ko lang sana yung pagkuha ng claim ko. Ang contract number ko ay P0000056652. Since 1998 una ako nagbayad, nakalimutan ko na yung month, hanggang 5 years kaya natapos akong 2013. Nasa policy ko na 55 years old ako magmamature na ang pera at pwede ko na kuhain. Ang problema November 4, 2019 pinasa ko lahat ng requirements sa Baliug Office hindi naman kayo nagaabiso panu ko makukuha yung pera. Nagsimula na ang pandemic kaya hindi ko na din naasikaso. Noong nakaraan March 15, 2021, pinuntahan ko na sa main office nyo kahit sa Pampanga pa ako para ifollow up ang sabi November ko pa makukuha ang cheke. Ask ko lang po kayo anu naging problema bakit nahihirapan ako kunin ngayon yung pera na pinaghirapan ko pa ipambayad para sana may pera ako ngayon for retirement business. lumipas na halos ang 1.5 years na naibigay ko yung papers ko at ako pa yung kelangan magfollow up sa inyo. matanda na po ako bakit nyo naman po kami pinapahirapan sa pagprocess nyo eh intact naman na may contract tayo. nakikiusap naman po ako sa inyo na kung pwede maayos agad yung claims ko sobra baon na din ako sa bayarin ko lalo pandemic kaya sana kaming matagal nyo ng policy holder eh mabigay nyo ng agarang pansin. at tutal nalang tumagal din ang release nyo ng claims ko wala bang nabubuo pang interest nyan sa inyo yung pera ko kasi di ko naman sya nkuha nung 55 ako. 57 na poako nyan.Sana po mapansin nyoang hinaing ko na toat maitaas sa management.Maraming salamat.

Hoping maupdate nyo agad ako sa concern ko, pinaghirapan ko din yung pera binabayad ko nun. tinakbuhan pa ko ng agent ko kasama ng pera ko nung 2003 kaya bukod sa ngbayad ako ulet nagbayad pa ko ng interest kaya please lang nakikiusap ako sa inyo bigyan nyo ng pansin yung issue ko. nagtiwala ako sa company nyo una plang sana huwag nyo naman ako pahirapan ng ganto tumatanda nako, hindi naman kada kukunin kopansin nyo pupuntahan ko pa kayo.

Dsame us my daughter christine almost 2 yrs the reason is lockdown in manila but until now did not give that check almost 5 check....wer ur says ur future is my concern but hindi niyo yan ispin pinaghirapan namin ung pira n binayad ha edu na yan sa anak ko... Mag wait ako until end this month if u did not give i ask help to raffy tulfo..

sept.16,2016 we submitted the requirements for the lumpsum of my husband's pension plan.we are advised by the manager(baliwag branch)to come back after 6 months for the release,since then I always make follow up but always telling me that it is still in process.its been almost 4 1/2 years,its is still in process?my daughter's educ plan also delayed in issuing cheques for her tuition fees.it was dec.7,2017 I submitted the requirements,3 years ago.

My Mother's pension plan was supposed to mature on July 26, 2019 with the Contract No. EP-0000001665, I contacted Ms. Marie Santos and she told us to wait 6months-1yr to process the said plan. After 3 months I contacted her to ask about the plan of my mother, she just answer "On process pa po Mam, tawag nalang po kayo ulit, basta po complete lang yung papers na pinasa mo". Then after a month, i call her several times but she didn't answer her phone. I've been doing follw-ups with Ms. Santos still no response regarding with my mother's plan. I've been contacting them on their main branch too with their updated telephone number, but still they didn't answer my call. Since 2019 still no update.
I am very dissapointed with the claim procedure of Eternal Plan Inc. I need the status of my mothers Life plan. It's been a year ago, until now no update. I already send all of the requirements they ask.

Please do the necessary action.

3years na akong nagfofolow up na abutan na nga ng pandemic 2017 maturity ng pension plan 2018 ang education plan ng anak ko kahit singko wala pa akong nakukuha sana naman yung hotline nyo may sumasagot hirap po ang pagpunta ng manila tapos pagdating namin dyan wala parin makukuha nagastos kana sa pag rent ng sasakyan sana manlang may mag asses sa amin sa mga tawag ....

I was told that the claim will be released after a year the claim was filed yet its already 2 had passed but there's not update. I am now planning to get/seek legal action regarding this if there is still no update on my plan.

My policy was supposed to be matured on JUNE 1, 2020, sad to say I came to your branch in Greater Lagro, Quezon City at 4M Square Building, Qiurino Highway, so I found out that your branch office is already CLOSE and I ask to the administration of the building where is your other branch and the lady that accompanied me told that even in Zabarte Novaliches is already CLOSE.
How can I claim my money from your office?? I'm residing in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan so thats why I went to your nearest branch office assuming that I can get my money.
I have already received my Certificate of Full Payment last February 28, 2006, signed by Mr. DOMINGO R. ALMONINIA JR.-President & COO, and Mr. ANTONIO L. CABANGON CHUA -President.
I hope for your immediate action from your office.

The promised benefits after maturity of plan is still pending. My daughter is already 19yo. According the policy schedule, cash benefits should be given when she turned 15yo or after HS, due to K12 system she finished HS at the age of 17yo. And now she is in college and we are unable to get this cash benefits.
All documents required have been submitted but still, no reply no comment nothing we can get from all the contact persons and numbers.

What kind of Educational Plan is this? I am starting to believe that Eternal Plans Inc. is nothing but a SCAM and FRAUD company.
