Almost 2yrs or more since ng matapos maiprocess at maipasa lahat Ng reQuirements para maclaim Ang educational plan para sa anak ko, lagi sagot sa office calamba branch follow lang po uli tayo. Nagkaroon Ng pandemic, lockdown, then after that sagot na samin nung nagfollow up kami.. Wala pong process na Ng claim kasi bagsak ang trust fund. 2yrs npo namin naipasa lahat ng requirements,pera na lang po inaantay nmin. Hanggang kailan po kami mag aantay. Sana po maunawaan nyo at matulungan.

We can’t even find there contact no. And even there office here in bacolod . They don’t even give notice or advice to the client. Same situation with us. My dad passed october 29, 2018. We file for the claims by november 2018 and until now we haven't received anything. They always said that it's still on the process. My mom is 72 years old and yet she needs to go there personally because they always hang up our calls or keep us on hold for too long.

My mom died last January 25, 2019. Eventually,I passed the necessary requirements for her death claim for whom I am her beneficiary. It's been a year and more but still were always asked to do follow ups.Now, we are experiencing a pandemic, we do understand that many business establishments do close because of this. But now Manila is under GCQ and we are hoping at least there's someone that we can address our issues concerning our claims. Please do something about these , I read a lot of complaints about your services.

I am Benita Remolana, the wife of Mr. Elvis Remolana a plan holder of ETERNAL PLANS. Inc. I’m from General Santos City, last October I received the check from the lumpsum of my husband’s pension plan but the time I got from Davao Branch I found out lapsed it’s six month’s validity.

I, Joemarie Estoque Quanico and my husband Robert Quanico have submitted a letter with complete documents to Eternal Plans, Inc. last July 22, 2018 requesting for withdrawal of our pension plan that has already been fully paid since January 29, 2007. We have been constantly doing follow ups through phone, which is very costly on our part. We are from Antique. But until now, in our despair, it is already May 26, 2020 and yet we haven't received any response from you, Eternal Plans. We really need our money so badly especially in this time of pandemic. We trusted our hard earned money to Eternal Plans and we expect that they will also be responsible to give what is due to us. I hope that this concern will be acted upon immediately.

Good morning, i am writing this letter to rise my concern about the death claim of my sister Alfonsa Nacario. She died last December 17, 2018. His husband found out that she had eternal Plan after cleaning her stuff.. We (my brother and I) decided to claim the death claim or refund, this can really help my family.. We secured the requirements immediately and pass to the eternal Plan (located in jones avenue ) march 2019.. Until now we didnt receive ang refund from eternal Plan.. Its almost 2 years and I have not received the lump sum of my pension plan. They promised me that it will be release within 6 months to 1 year but sad to say its almost 2 years. My sister keeps on coming back to the branch in Cagayan de Oro and they keep on saying it is still in the accounting department in Manila. My son also have not receive the educational plan for 2 semester now. I want to make it sure that it will be release before i comes home to Philippines. Waiting for a prompt action in this matter.

Just following up again as for the past year I sent this complain no action was taken. My brother went last March 2021 and we called the main office and they promised to release it this May. It is already the end of May but no update yet.Hoping for your immediate action regarding this.
