Because of a incompetent Falcon Insurance broker and a rejected unpaid claim ( that the insurance ombudsman found to be unfair but couldn't assist because of lack of funds) a client was forced to immigrate leaving behind a grieving family and a granny who will surely die from a broken heart. Unscrupulous and deceitful.
