Fishaways Key Largo branch Complaints

DFD49057557. I ordered 2 x medium hake,chips & rice. Instead of medium hake was given 2 small hake. When I called to complain & get this rectified, spoke to Sally, she could be bothered. Told her the last time a mistake was made by their store, the manager at the time swiftly assisted me without any issues. All she could tell me is that the Size of the fish is not always the same, even a medium fish can be small???? Really? How does this make sense? So why not bill me for small fish if you can't find medium fish? Must I go fish for the medium fish and bring it to the shop? Disgusting!!!!

I always buy regular fish and chips gor R37 but Sunday I went to the Key Largo branch and only got a fish the size smaller than my hand-like the palm of my hand.....The advertised item says Regular hake bur then they give the smallest piece-At Elridge they give reasonable size and if the fish is realy small they will put in 2 small pieces.Shocking to pay for that price for no qaulity.
