Heritage Insurance Co. Kenya Ltd, The - Eldoret Complaints

Hallo, I would like to officially lodge a complaint on the way my claim for my car Reg. KBH022T has been handled. All this time it has Ben circles of lies and no help despite this being the first major claim from the company and having given you more business where I work. This is very unfair way to treat a client. Please let me know when the claim will be settled. All the time am told that it will be settled by Friday, that became weeks and now months. Am very frustrated. Kindly help.
