Hello, taga Malanday, Marikina ho ako. May bastos po kayong rider, ang name nya Everlucky Viloria.

Naalala ko ang name nya kasi nung bumaha nung November 2020, pinagpilitan nya makipag meet up para sa package kahit na wala kaming daan. Tapos sabi ko po, ipa second attempt nalang deliver sa ibang araw tapos tumanggi sya. Kaya nareturn sa seller ang package.

Tuwing sya po ang rider, ginagabi ang dating ng parcel. Lagpas ng business hours na. Nagmemessage ako madalas sa number nya na wag po sana gabihin yung package. Pag yung Rannel Gallos po ang naka assign, lagi within business hours. Kaya naman nagtext ako dun sa rider na baka pwede sa iba nalang iassign kasi pag sya yung nakaassign lagi ginagabi. Tapos ang mga reply po sa akin ay barumbado. Naitrain nyo po ba ang mga rider for customer service? Bakit parang wala pong manners? Dahil dito nakakawalang gana na po tuloy umorder na kayo ang magdedeliver. Irirate ko po ang lahat ng JNT delivery ng 1 star dahil sa attitude ni Everlucky Viloria. Check the screenshots kung paano sya makipagusap sa customers.

Sana maturuan po sya ng tamang way para maghandle ng customer requests and complaints na hindi mukhang walang pinag aralan ang pagsagot.

Marami po ako screenshot kaso isa lang pwede iattach.

Hi I ordered online thru buenjudith.store/ph an electric coffee machine and milk frother with touch screen display of different modes for each coffee type for a value of Php2,200. However upon receipt of the product, I discovered that what was delivered is an ordinary stainless espresso maker which is market's price is only around Php300. This was delivered COD and would like to return and refund the product. Also, the sender's information are not properly indicated in the waybill which should be a policy to all delivery company especially to COD products.

This Rider:Juan Paulo Isidoro 639296772060. This person you hired as part of your delivery service is so rude and highly incompetent. Did not even bother to check the pinnable address sent ( which other riders can find , i dont know with him) and kept asking for my address in the rudest way possible. even argued with me while handing over the item. Hope youll find the time to read this and take necessary actions to improve your service.

My address was clearly given and my parcel keeps on going to Calamba even though my address was here on Cavite. It happened several times. It already arrived here in Cavite and they returned it to Calamba AGAIN. It's been 5 days. I am tracking it for the past days and my parcel is came from a local shop.

April 1st I received a COD package from J&T claiming to be order from shopee for my girlfriend who was at work. I paid for it not knowing the package was a scam. Later she opened it and realized neither one of us ordered it, it was a fake Casio watch and many people all over Philippines received this scam by J&T for many days. We contacted J&T that same day April 1 and were told someone will call us back to issue a refund, all data go by and no one ever called us. I’ve messaged them many times on Facebook messenger and they keep saying that the appropriate department is handling the issue and will get back to me when then have an answer. Someone did call and ask for GCash and BDO details to send the refund but the refund never was received and now they again keep taking me the same thing over and over.

there is one rider who delivered an item, but im confused of who is he because i recieved a text coming from J&T that the name of their rider was Joeyfer Guevarra along with a contact no. +639366719017 and there is this no. +639104878018 who contacted me for delivery and a certain Daniel T. Bautista whose name appeared in your tracking services who picked up the item in your marikina branch. incidentally the parcel has no price tag so i just paid the rider knowing that is the correct item. but when i openned i noticed that there is a mistake in my payment and that the money i paid is more than the amount of the item delivered as i am expecting one more parcel with the higher amount. i immediately contacted the rider. he answered my call but kept on denying that he's not the on who delivered the item.
with that said, i can say that your rider stole my money and deserved some punishment. i hope that you take actions for this because its not good for your company.

I would like to file a complaint for J&T Branch specifically in Bailan Pontevedra, Capiz, 5802. This branch is delivering even in weekends even though I have chosen "deliver in office hours" in Shopee App. THAT KIND OF SERVICE SUCKS and it ends up returning to seller and affects my Shopee account. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

Last april 25, 2021 nag deliver po samin si rider jemboy esteban jr. Hinanap nya po ang papa ko na si david villarin na nka pangalan sa parcel. Sabi nya delivery daw po. Nag tanong ang papa ko kung mag kano sabi nya po 1000+ daw po sabi ng papa wla daw po siyang order na ganung halaga. Ang hindi nya alam padala pala ito ng pinsa ko mula sa ibang bansa. At bayad na pla ang parcel namin at hindi pla COD. Hindi po sinabi ni rider jemboy esteban jr. Na bayad na ang parcel at kinuha ulit ito at umalis na. Hindi na po namin sya ma contact at out of coverage na po ang number nya. Sana po ma tulungan nyo po kme na ma ibalik samin ang parcel namin na pra sa mga tatlong anak ko.maraming salamat po

Good day! Last week po I have 2 parcels from Toledo,Cebu City. I was sent april 10, 2021 but sad to say it was delivered in a wrong place so it was returned to Toledo which is sad. So I contact my supplier regarding the issue & ask for the solution. What do I expect, I had to pay another SF just to ship again my parcels. Same thing happened like the first one.when my parcel was n borongga I ask again my supplier to address the issue. Luckily I have a very accomodating supplier who help me all the way. So i'm hoping for your actions. I have with me screen shots of may parcel track.

I ordered something on shopee and i chose j&t as the courier of my customer. the item was picked up by j&t on APRIL 22, 2021. however, up until now, APRIL 26, 2020, the parcel has not been received by the buyer. Sellers location is in San Juan City while the customers location is in lot 5 block 1 lime st phase 2 k greenwoods executive village cainta rizal. pero dito dadaan sa greenwoods executive village main gate pinagbuhatan pasig city .

My parcel was arrive in iloilo last April 17, they didn’t attempt to deliver for how many days and just today only april 20 5:39 pm they said they cannot deliver they don’t have time sa rider said and need to return to sender the said parcel! I’m very disappointed with this rider such sa stupid one to advice me to text him and tell him that I need to pick up my parcel! I paid for shipping fee but now they will say that I need to pick up my parcel? How stupid is this kind of rider! This rider used to send a message around 6pm for his deliver is this still an office hours?

nag order ako sa shopee April 16. Then April 18, 2021; 4:53pm nakareceire ako ng message from J&T na idedeliver ng araw na yun yung item, naghintay ako hanggang 6 kasi syempre kung di matutuloy ideliver kasi hapon na edi kinabukasan nalang. Pero pag open ko ng Shopee app around 6pm. Parcel has been delivered na daw pero walang dumating sakin kinabukasan April 17 4pm pumunta ako sa pinagdrodrop ng item sabi ipunta sa bahay so naghintay nanaman ako. Wala nanaman. Sinubukan ko tawagan ang rider ilang ulit pero di pa registered ang number
