Jubba Airways Ltd Complaints

Jubba failed to put one of my suitcases on the flight. I am a week now without my luggage and very disappointed. It’s very difficult to go back to the airport and to see if my luggage is there. All this extra cost who will reemburse me. The flight was already expensive for the poor quality service provided.
