Greetings! I visited your company this afternoon which is located at Nkpokiti presidential road Enugu to purchase kerosene. Your sales rep in charge of the kerosene department insulted me including the fact that I had to wait long before she could give me an attention. Giving a non challant attitude, and using some abusive words on me, telling me she won’t sell the product to me and she ended up not selling.. I had to leave.. please do well to educate your staffs on how to be customer friendly.. Thank you
