Hello My name is Nerson Villena. I want to complain about this issue, regarding my application motor loan application. I purchased a motorcycle last year at K-servico Magalang Pampanga branch, because I was residing in magalang at that time and living with my sister. But my permanent address is in Don bonifacio angeles city. But after a few months my Mom and sister decide to flight me abroad.So what I did was I gave my motorycle to my brother, but unfortunately I got homesick abroad so I went back in the philippines. Of course I gave my motorcyle already to my brother. So I want to purchase a new motorcycle and pay it for monthly installment. So I decided to apply in K-servico dau mabalacat branch pampanga, because my sister told me that she was a loyal customer for more than 10 years in K-servico dau pampanga. she purchased a brand new motorcycle and 42 inchesLCD tv and she paid in on time. But unluckily they didnt approve my appllication. they told to me to wait for C.I but I wait for more than a week but there was no C.I happened. So I went back to the branch, and they find my application because they don't know where is application form with my requirements. I waited for more than 2 hours but they called a lot person to checked my applications. and at last they found my applciation. then the guy promised to wait within the day one of their staff will conduct C.I, but I wait until evening but no one with their staff called or text me or come on our house to conduct C.I.

I am wondering up until now why my application didn't approved, I have a record already in your system in paid the item by cash. I asked the three staff on the said branch why my application was not approved. then they told me the same thing, according to them their branch didnt approved my applcation. I asked them a valid reason why it was not approved. they cannot explain and give the exact informations.
that is the reason why I want to escalate this kind of issue, it very frustrating and insulting, because I dont have worked and because my mom and sister supporting me financially. I can pay the item every month and I have proof because i paid my motorcycle by cash.
It was very disgusting that your company cannot be able to care and value your loyal customer's. My sister is a loyal customer for more 10 years in your company. We trust your company that is the reason why we want to go back and purchased a multiple items in your compahy. But now I was very disappointed of what happened, its not really fair that it was happened to me.
I asked to talk with the branch manager and they told me that their manager was on lunch break and will back at 2:30 PM philippine time. I was feeling hopeless now to get another motorcycle. It means that your company is greedy, and cannot take care your loyal customer well.

I want to escalate this to all the higher position in your head office, because this is not a good experience. Until now there is no people or k-servico called or text me or visit me in my house to checked and confirm my capability of paying my motor loan application.
We'll I can get from other company a new motorcycle but because we trust your company, we choose you to get our item safe and legit.
I hope that you will give attention about this. Dont ignore this. and give the right sunction for the staff who mistreated us. Remember that you ear money from your customer's. Your company will not be like that right now, without your loyal customer's.

And I want to know why my application was disapproved, I am still wondering and thinking for the valid reason why my application didn't process and disapproved.
