Kenya Tourism Board Complaints

We are Egyptian newly married tourists in our honeymoon tour here in Kenya; we rent a room in Lissa luxury suites from Yaya straight to Kirichwa then branch on your right hand straight, Nairobi, since 4 days; from day one we feel unwelcome and the workers here in this place insist to bother and deliberately harass, the manager of the building told us today: "go away but without taking your money what you paid we keep it against your will; so I shouted and said: "so you deceived and stole us and you planify to that when we came; she insulted us and I reply here offense and said to here go to hell, what a liar! she said this is you who go to hell you and your family and your country." Is that the way you treat the visitors with it in your country; they stole our money for the worst service and deceived us; she cut the wi-fi and she didn't us about the power before we sighed, that it didn't include the power in the 1200$ and damaged ur honeymoon and gave us a bad experience about Kenya; the golden rule said: "the customer is always right." she asked us to leave our room number 4 and go upstairs in room number 8 and we did without discussing, we fed-up and they made us want to cut our visa that we have for 3 months only after one week, they made us hate being here; I am pregnant and I had a high blood pressure since 2 days because of them. Did we choose Kenya to enjoy our honeymoon and spend a nice and amazing time or to lose our dignity and our honeymoon tour, our health, our peace and our money in vain? Why they treat us by this racism. We need our right. Did we pay for offense, harassing, disturbance and disease???!!! And Who supposed to protect tourist here? Or we have no rights because we are foreigners while in Egypt tourists have more right than the citizen: this is the guest right and more we are sons of the famous Coptic church here in Kenya. We are sure that no right loses while you are here; we trust in Lord Jesus then we trust that you won't disappoint us. Please it's urgent we need urgent secure; save us from these crocs; they will be the way who makes visitors hate coming to Kenya. We pray we can forget our bad experience here and we try to change our mind and complete our tour here. God bless you.
