I bought a car from Kia Pinetown they didn't give me a spare key with it and said I will get one in two weeks nobody followed up asking if I need assistance or offering to help me get one.Then in October I tried contacting the manager to get help she ordered a key it was to short,she ordered another it didn't encode then four weeks later after I have to keep contacting them they tell me they need to order parts for my car because it's the first car in so many that's giving them a problem and it takes 21 days ,ok so two months later they say they got the parts we going to put them in, they do that and now there is a problem with the new parts this is absolutely ridiculous they sold me a car that didn't have all that's it's supposed to and it is defective now I must sit with a car that I'm not happy with and it's not even a year old and I'm a first time buyer can u believe that I will tell everyone about this, everyone, so disappointed.The area manager doesn't even bother calling back as well so the whole lot of them are the problem.worst place ever when u call their call center and u on hold they tell you they all committed to giving great customer service or whatever wot a load of crap.
