I bought KIA Soul from KIA Showroom Dubai, which located in 79 Alltihad street, Deira- Dubai on 27 February 2019. they told me that I only need to change the engine oil after 10000 KM. I confirmed with them about it and he said yes I don't have to do the first service until 10000 Km. I didn't hear from them since, last week I start to hear a sound coming from the engine side. I called UAE customer service line 800542823 at 5 pm as I finish work at 5 pm every day. I requested to know where to go and they guided me to the nearest branch which is Sharjah Service center and they told me I don't need a appointment as its an emergency. I drove their in the middle of the traffic peak hour to KIA Sharjah service center, I reached the place at 5: 45 pm. there was no one in the reception, I waited for more than 25 minutes till someone showed up. he was busy dealing with another customer but when he finished he approach me and ask me about my problem, I told him the story of hearing a sound in my engine, he directly asked me to leave the car and they will check tomorrow. of course I said no as he didn't even check the problem. so I asked him to go outside to hear the sound and he did but when I asked him to get into the car as the sound is clear from the inside he refused and he said he is going to send someone else. I waited in my car for a while and when no one came I called the customer service again and failed a complaint ( ticket number: A505911. then guy called Ali came to me while I was leaving and he asked me what is the problem, I told him the problem and he fixed it in 30 minutes. the problem came up now when he told me that I have to change the engine oil after 10000 KM or 6 months. I was shocked and asked him to change it now but he said they will close soon. so I left and I was planning to go back during the weekend, on Saturday, the same branch supervisor called at 10 in the morning to ask me about my complain and he asked me to co me to change the oil. I went to the center as he promised to wait for me but when I reached the center and I wanted to give him my car he told me that its the break time and I have to wait for an hour before they will start dealing with my car. I don't mind waiting but he should have told me before as I had a doctor appointment so I refused to leave the car and I left. in my way to the hospital I called the customer service again as I wanted to know where to go and also what is going to happen with my car as it 6 months late for changing oil. the lady who answered my call "Francisca" refused to allow me to talk to her supervisor. at first she said okay and put me on hold and came back to say I can't talk to her supervisor. so I asked to file another complain against her a its my right to talk to supervisor. she refused to give the ticket number for my second complaint and she said she only going to update the first ticket. when I insisted she said she is going to send me the ticket number in a text message but she never did. I called again and she was the one who answered, I asked her for the ticket number she said she didn't create another ticket and she just updated the old one. she basically lied at me. I asked her to issue the second ticket and send it to me as an email as I don't trust her anymore but she refused. I asked to talk to her supervisor and i did talk to Ms Ams and she said its not my right to have a copy of MY complaint. but she give me the second ticket number which i believe she didn't include everything I asked for in the form. the second ticket is A506421. on Sunday the Sharjah service center called me again and asked me to come back but i said I refuse to deal with them and I want to go to a different service center. then later the customer service called me and they told me that they investigated the ticket and the customer service didn't tell me that I can't talk to to the supervisor " which i am sure she did" and kept saying they are sorry but they didn't do anything wrong. and they will coach the customer service agent. which means I was lying?? but its okay I am not expecting much from KIA UAE. so I asked for appointment to change my car oil in Dubai branch next Saturday as its the only day I am free, and she told me the only time available is at 7:45 am?????? and I won't take my car in the same day. Honestly I was speechless and I feel i am being punished because i failed complaints. I had no choice but to say yes but I feel so bad that I will have to go at 7:45 am in my holiday to leave my car for more than one day just for changing the engine oil. I am really thinking of changing it outside the KIA service center because I feel KIA is treating me bad and they may keep my car for a long time just to pay it back to me.
I used to love KIA but now I totally hate it and hate the day I bought my car, I wasted to much time in calls and going to the service center and called the customer service and finally I need to leave my car ( which the only car I have) for god only knows how long.

Please advice ...
