March 05, 2020 Nag padeliver ako sa Dau Mabalacat Coming to San Miguel Bulacan. I asked them how many days it takes para mareceive sa Bulacan and they said 1 To 2 days. After 4 days di dumating ung Parcel ko at nakaalis na abroad ung mag rereceive so I ASk LBC Dau na ibalik nalang saakin ung Parcel but still deniliver nila ung Parcel after 5 days sa San Miguel Bulacan. How many Times na akong pabalik balik sa LBC Dau ASking saan na ung Parcel ko?! For almost 22 days and Counting WLAng update sa Parcel ko?! Daming Alibis! LBC management! Please Help me To solve this matter! Sobrang abala na sa side ko!

March 1,2020. Pinadala ko documents ko to usa through LBC. Ilang weeks na nakaraan wala silang update kung saan na parcel ko ilang beses ako tumawag at email same answer na rereceived ko i update daw nila sa tie up.sabi nila 5 days darating na Pero anong petsa na? Yung kakila ko nagpdala ng documents davao to usa via philpost 10 days lang dumating na. Sobrang mahal ng charge ng lbc at sobrang poor ng service sobrang manloloko. Ayaw pa ibigay ng refund ko since considered lost na yung parcel ko. Puro follow up pero wala. I need help saan ko pwede ireklamo sila legally. Imprtant documents po yun nakasalalay dun future ko at winala lang nila ng ganun. At sobra taray pa ng teller nila. Narinig ko pa non sabi ng kasama nya ..para saan yan sabi ni ate girl u.s.a wow malaki sales natin yan. Tapos yun pala di ko alam saan na parcel ko winala nila. Sales lang pala habol.

Ako regarding sa staff nyo Sa vista mall taguig LBC
Kse gnto po UN nagpdla ako ng 3 cp 500 each
Ung 1 cp sa Laguna po ang 2pcs sa negros po
ngaun sbi ko sa knya 500 each ang linaw nang pgksb ko ngaun mali ang nailigay nya sa isang box going to negros instead na 1185 kse 2pc cp
Nailgay nya is 680 saka ko lng po nlman nong nsa daanan na ako pauwi na gnun lng nailgay nya kaya po bumalik ako sa lbc branch sb ko sa knya miss.prang may mali po ata dto bungad nya agad

Madam/sir dto npo ako sobrang nbwesit sa sgot nya skn customer ako sa branch na to monthly ako nagppdla ng documents at weekly ako ppdla ng item dko deserve na gnyan nya sgutin ang isang customer at pasigaw Pa. First time ko nka encounter ng gntong staff sa lbc sa totoo lng sobrang disappointed ako sana ung mga nilalagay nyo sa gnyan customer oriented. Hndi ung nagtataray sa mga customer pangalan po nya (QUENEE ANN PANIZAL) di man lng nya mgwang mgsorry sa gnwa nya sa pagtataray iniwan nya po ako sa counter at pumsok sa loob ng wala man lng paalam ni sorry never ko nrinig sa sobrang katarayan nya. Sana po. Bgyan nyo ng action ang complain ko na to kse habang sinusulat ko to nanginginig ako sa galit na parang duduguin ako sa galit sa knya.

According to lbc tracking on my mobile the item is ready for pick up (feb 25,2010). Upon showing my tracking number to attending lbc staff he said my item was not yet arrive and still in their warehouse but I've already saw my item on the floor with other items. He advise me to come back tomorrow late afternoon. When i return on the followimg day i've showed the tracking number to
another attending staff and point out where is my item was located on the floor where i saw it yesterday.

January 24,2020 kumuha ako ng passport sa dfa manila at pinadala ko sa LBC,
Expected na mkukuha ko ang passport ko sa CM recto lipa city branch ang kaso nag punta ako ng feb 6, 8, 15 and 18 2020 wala daw sa kanila ang passport, pabalik palik na ako.

Nasaan po passport ko.

For almost a month my package was delivered to a wrong address and the couriers aren't paying attention to my calls and complaints. The package contains important documents that's why im always calling them for follow up. But every single time they will just get my tracking number and tell me they will do something but they're not!!! It was delivered and received by someone which is not from our company january 6, 2020 but until now its not yet retrieved and delivered to the right owner. And its already february 1, 2020 !!! So irresponsible.

Written in the lbc website tracking my item are already for pick up but when my mother went there they said they will look for it then they will call, 4 times my mother and sibling went there but still not yet availlable, its already 8 days from the day i send it. Pls do something its not easy to go to your office everyday, we have also other comitment

Customer service says item is out for delivery and its been 3 days.
Tracking says house is closed and delivery will be next day!
Courier has not even called the reciever well in fact contact number has been given and noted by courier!

Poor service of delivery they said 1 day delivery but i already leave and i just ask my relatives so they can bring the package but disappointed the package wasn't delivered and the next day! Its ok it happened once but twice no!no!

My item wasn't delivered yet. It is expected and should be delivered today; however, there is a shipment issue.

Also, there is a more or less 5-hour gap/delay in posting updates online.
