I already file a complaint about the service.
when i got home i found out that 2 kg where missing from the order, i went back to charcutier Aoun and ask for a manager, they said no manager is available and a supervisor who doesn’t know how to use the LAST (listen, apologize, Solve, Thanks) in case of complaints tried to help me.
The staff on the fish section admit their mistake and gave me the remaining fish.
I ask for the manager mobile but they refused to give me, they ask me to call back later or come back tomorrow. They didn’t even bother to take my mobile number... what a service!!!!

This is the worst customer service, for the second time they forget to prepare my order, I ordered 5 kg of fish and the told me it will be done in 30 minutes, after the mentioned time they told that they forget to fry the fish because the one who took my order forget to give them the receipt, he was in a hurry (he finishes his duty).
I just want to complain about the way they handle the receipts, they are not following it by numbers.
Hope you will do something about it.
