Masheel Al Madinah Ladies Saloon - Sharjah Complaints

I VISITED this salon MAM's yesterday evening hearing about 79 package/- in which facial and bleach was included.
They applied bleach and after a while my face started to itch and then i ask them to remove this staff said its ok and tried this for again 20 mts.close
Once pack was removed my face started burning and then applied some aloe vera or some mineral pack and started light facial and said my face has heat production.This i feel was because of burn and then they removed face hair at the same time with hot wax and by the time pain was soo bad.
I left salon as marks were not seen after 1 hour and then next day its all burned.
I need justice and i cannot go work without makeup and my whole face is burned now....

I have complaint to the manage many times earlier about the staff being not delivering the work properly, but i still visited them on 13th august 2018 around 7.40pm for face wax ( shama) the machine was not working so they tried cold wax but after unsuccesful attempts of that, they used the cold wax as normal wax by putting the wax machhine. i haev cleared mentioned if i donot get any infection they can do it but if there is any chnv\ce pkease donot do it. they made me aggre to it and now i got an infection on my face.
