NACTS TECHNICAL SERVICE LLC DUBAI Complaints

This company has several ads online. We called them for gas maintenance and cleaning. Not only did the person misquoted the price, he did not do the job properly. As promised we gave him the visit charges. He insisted that he wants full money for the undone job. He took away the gas nobs and refused to leave the apartment. With the help of building security, we managed to get him out of the house but he did not return the nobs and blackmailed us for money. We had to call the cops to intervene and sort the issue.
Apparently this person has several registered companies for various maintenance work and did not even have any ID on him for verification. I have been in Dubai for 5 years, never have I ever experienced such a company, person or service before.

Never again!
