Naivas Supermarket Ltd - Head Office Complaints

I bought an iron box (Mika brand).It worked for one month then stopped.It doesn't heat anymore.
I took it back to their Naivas Mountain Mall today (10-03-2018).Well I was shocked to learn from Sammy a supervisor that I will need to wait to a month before I get a replacement.A month yet the ironbox is still under warranty.I have the item and its warranty with me
