To Whom It May Concern,

I am following up on the broken table that was delivered on Feb 8, 2019 in Talanghauan Sta Barbara Iloilo.
This was originally from Pampanga and was transported to Manila since weighing needs to be done there since the table itself is heavy (marble). Condition was ok when it was delivered to Manila. Now the issue was when it was delivered here in Talanghauan Sta Barbara Iloilo. When my husband and the OCS representative open the package, the marble table was the one being placed as the support of the 6 dining chairs and the table legs. When the chairs and table legs were removed and about to lift the table itself, it was noticed that table had a vertical crack starting at the back and you can see the table surface being uneven already.
The hardest part is people from your company pass me over like a baseball. I have been communicating with Richard an OIC of Angeles and I dont have solid update if what is happening and what is the next step. Tried calling OCS iloilo, they too were saying that they dont know what to do on it since it was the Manila office who can make a desicion. I was given a number of a certain Willie OCS Manila Sup (09177154867) and I tried to call many times and even texted 3 times on March 8 but did not get any reply from him.
I called again Richard OCS Pampanga and I was told that the update he had was for your company to pay be back PHP2500.00 only? What? It was ridiculous. The amount of my dining set was almost 25k and I declared 20k as the value, now your company is telling me that they can only pay me PHP2500??? The chairs are still with me and I was waiting for an OCS representative to take it back so that your company can return my 20K. Richard knows how I wanted that table to be delivered. Richard was accommodating no question on that. But no one from your company ever gave me a call to update me on what is the status. It is always me who are calling you first and ask for an update which I always DID NOT GET. I have been following up since Feb 8 until now and still did not get any resolution. All I want now is for me to get my 20k so that I can buy new dining set here. You can retrieve the dining chairs if that is what you wish. I work in a company that deals with customer satisfaction too and I did not get any from yours. It was so frustrating that a big company like yours cannot give detailed/exact and reasonable resolution to your client. Plus you are hard to contact with. Have I known this should happen, I had never used your courier service.
I am hoping that this message will be heard and I can have resolution that I wanted as soon as possible.
