Ogero Complaints

My name is Dr.Elias Sarru'.I have a land home line number 09780129(Kfour kiserwan) that stopped working on November 2nd,2020 and I filed a fixing problem request on Nov.3rd,2020. After 27 days,the line is still is not working despite many useless 1515 filing complaints and contacts.After asking to speak to Mr.Imad Kreidieh contact to ask his help,unfortunately the gentelman(He definitly not Mr.Kreidieh) who replied the call on 01840000 sounded helpless on two different occasions did not help in anything.I received two messages that the line has been fixed yet it was not fixed and workers did not even call to check the functionality of the line. I did give my other mobile number several times for this purpose(03344255).So far the line has not been fixed after filing more than 6-8 complaints. I hope somebody can help with this,for I don't trust the workers who are covering fixing lines in my phone area.Just review all the phone taped messages and you can conculde the customer frustraion.

Dear Sirs,
we are very disappointed and surprised since we made more than 3 claims and we personally attend Badaro office, that we have an issue in Line 01/611885(Noisy Sound) and yet no one called back or tried to fix the problem or even send a feedback.
We really appreciate your kind assist and swift action to finalize this issue asap.

On 7 and 8 June 2018, Ogero called to intall the modem but I wasn't at home.

Since then,no one called me on my mobile to advise when they will install the modem to be at home once they arrive.

I need the internet connection badly and I can't affrod more delay in activating the internet on my phone number 04/920817

please I need an urgent cooperation.

My landline is not working since 30March, more than 15 calls till now to Ogero and the line is still not working, all i hear is lie and big lies, unfortunally its a very bad service from Ogero where my landline is not fixed for more than a month, i will call direcrly with the ministry of communication because i had enough with the worst service ever from Ogero
