Yesterday I send my daughter to buy a bed, that cost 5000, including delivery of 170, they promised to deliver immediate.

After an hour they call my daughter that, they can't the bed that the are having they having whole, other bed have a broken leg.

I'm not happy about their service.

Why the took my money if they don't have a bed

Why the make empty promised that they will deliver the bed, while the know that they don't have that bed

What I'm asking, is my refund, pls tomorrow if they don't have a bed I'm asking my money, so that I can go and buy some where else
All of us we know that a bed is not a luxury but is a need, an 80yrs old can't spend a nights on a floor again.

I'll be happy if you attend this matter as soon as possible

I bought a restonic bed in November 2020. In December it started making sounds and depressions on the side I sleep. I rotated the bed but no changes. I lodged a complaint in December and they acknowleged it and said they were closed for holidays. Went back in January, twice in February they kept promising that they will phone but in vain. The bed has gotten worse 4months later. It has depressions and makes spring sounds. I'm very disappointed since they are silent.

I made a lay buy of a bed last year at Ok furnitures Brits North West. They were supposed to deliver but they did not deliver on agreed date. I then took an initiative of going to the store to inquire about what happened to my bed only to find out that they say i collected it. I asked to see the signature of the person who collected it, it was a different signature from my own. I showed them my signature and asked them to compare it with that of a person whom they claim signed for my bed but still they couldn't give me my bed. I tried calling the head office, made them aware of my matter but still in vain. I now plan on taking further steps to expose OK furnitures on how they are robbing customers their hard earned money.

Ordered and paid for the order but never got confirmation email/sms not even an order number,i call to findout what could be the reason then a terrible rude lady says it means i never Ordered if i dd i was suppose to get order number and confirmation,now all i need is my money back and no one is will to assist even though i have Proof of payment.

Head office did phine me they can't get hold of my work. So I ask them to hold and go ask my Hr for a number so that they can get hold of her so she give the number and the lady said she gonna call know I was standing in the office waiting for them to call but they never called again I did apply last week on Friday and is almost Friday again.. I'm very upset for this poor service.. I did call Ok furniture in Atlantis the manager did take my number and tell me she will call me back but she never did.i dif ask my Hr to call Ok at Atlantis shop and ask if she can sent a letter that I'm employed at their company she also do that and then call them and they said they gonna send is to head office but still no answer???

My dad purchased 2 tv's in July last year. During last week, 08/03/2021, the Muller and Haupt 43" stopped working. Prior to this happening it had lines whenever we watched tv. We went in on Friday, 12/03/2021, to explain to Ok Furniture in Umzinto what had happened and they assured us that they will come and take the tv to fix. So they came and fetched it on 15/03/2021 to fix. They brought it back this morning 16/03/2021 about 10.00 saying they cannot fix it as it is our fault as the tv is cracked! I have uploaded the pic to show you that there are no cracks at all.

May you please kindly assist us by either fixing this tv or giving us a new one.

This type of customer service from Umzinto Ok is appalling.

On wednesday i want in the store at our ceres branch wanted to buy the tv on sale.the sales person told me its fine i can go and fetch something when i came back 5minutes later they sold the tv to someone else..and the lady who was selling it told me the tv was already sold in the morning but the tv was still.on the floor and the people only made the payment the time i was in store.the then orderd one from another branch..when i called this morning they said the sale is over and the other branch sold it..nobody did inform me of any of this
Due to the fact that i normally buy at your branches and buy all the stuff cash im.
Bad services and i would like to get explanation on why such things has happend

My daughter bought washing machine and fridge at ok furnitures, then one day we had a problem with the machine and ok furniture send us a guy by the name of Thuba Prosper Nyathi to come and fix the machine ,and yes the machine was fixed and we where happy but the tv that we had we bought at ok the warranty was finished and Thuba Prosper Nyathi said ok has some guy that can help to fix our tv but we need to pay as our warranty was finished ,then the guy came and took the tv even today we still waiting for the tv and i gave him R500 for laybye , so everytime i call this guy by the name of Asanda he tells me stories . Please help

I bought a bed at OK Store Sam Ntuli Mall, Katlehong in August 2020. To date I have not been treated fairly after being asked to add another R400 on the price I paid last year. I don't know whether this store scams people or what. This is disgusting.

I bought matress set in November 2020,the bed was delivered in December since i bought Online and they indicated that there is no stock.

The mattress seems to be having a factory fault, it is slowly sinking as if i bought it a year ago and i have used the bed for a month so far, i bought edblo bed in 2019 with OK as well but is looks new to this one, i think there is a factory fault in this bed. I would be happy if you come back to me with feedback.

On the 8th of June 2020, I bought a stove at OK furniture in Pongolo my account number is 6648/014001/01, I have also attached slip of purchase on the 3rd of February 2021 I asked Zamo to go to OK furniture at Pongolo to report a stove that wasn't working it took ( he reported the issue to the manager). They only went there on the 10th of February took them a week to finally go and check what was wrong with the stove which they did identify the problem and told Zamo they will come back and fix the problem.

today is the 26th of February 2021 we are still waiting for them to come back and fix it. I am not happy with the service I have received from OK furniture as I bought the stove cash and didn't give them any problems.


Basically we haven't been able to cook for the past 3 weeks because of your Incompetence . Can you please attend to this matters ASAP as it is now urgent

My name is Noma and I bought a tv stand at Ok furniture in one of your branches at Umzimkhulu on the 1st /12/2020 now I'm facing this problem its breaking into pieces and I've spoke to the sales lady and still waiting for the feedback as she said she's gonna pass the message to the manager of the store and I sent them pictures. I am very disappointed I paid money for this and for delivery as well as I can't take it back to the store coz its gonna need me to pay for transportation again not knowing if they gonna take or what. OK furniture Maseru Mall-Lesotho refused to help me close my deceased husbands contract. The manager herself dismissed and told me to travel many kilometers to the store which had initially opened the contract. She refused to scan the contract and other documents to the other store so that insurance can cover the item. I am furious because i had to travel for miles just to go sign a mere document. The service is very bad, no customer care at all from the manager. What is more frustrating is when they want a sale, one never has to go to anther store in another district, they deliver.

To whom this may concern:

I'm waiting for 3 weeks now to hear back from salesperson/manager at OK furniture store in Paarl. I've asked them to send someone to come look at the mattress we bought from them. I've send all neccessary documents and pictures that was requested and after a few follow up emails there's still no feedback. My husband also send a message to the salesperson but with no results. I am very disappointed with their service. Even at the time we made the purchases of the bed and a 3piece lounce set which had to be replaced 2/3 times because of problems!Even then we had to phone them few times before anything happened. I'm at the point of dropping it off at the store and requesting my money back!! I'm not happy at all with them. There's pillow of the lounce piece that came loose at the stitching and have told them about 2 pieces that was delivered with damages and they said they'll replace it once they have another set on the floor. I've lost my patience with them!!

Good day

I would like to report that Lichtenburg branch for always not having stock. They let me pharchase bed and hoover knowing very well that they don't have it. I had to wait for 2 weeks for bed and now for hoover its 3 weeks. When I want refund they don't have money. They are not treating us fairy because its my time to go and ask if the goods its there or not. I am not happy at all . My receipt is lost now I must go do affidavit . This is bad service ever... Why put things on special whereas you know you don't have. Its false advertising . I will contact consumer department to help us.

I lay byed a fridge by the OK Furniture store in Motherwell finished paying it off now they don't have the fridge in store.I have been waiting for almost a month now no follow up about what is what..I'm so disappointed by your service guys I was looking forward to buy more stuff from your stores as it is close to us right in the location but from this poor service given to me i don't see myself buying anything from you guys again..sad customer

Good day.

I'm not happy with the service received at Zevenwatch Kuils river. I made a laybee in 2020 and after that I could not finished the laybee since my husband was not working we could not continue with the laybee. We had to move as we were struggling. I have visited the branch for a refund and I was told to provide an affidavit since I lost the til slip. I have manage to do so. The following week I visited the branch to submite the requested document, the lady advised me they do not have cash in the till. She will call me during the week and advise me when to collect the money. I still accepted what she told me with no question asked. Weeks passed no call was made. I then made the call to the store and I was advised to come Saturday 13 everything will be sorted. Today I was told they don't have the affidavit which I gave them. I have wasted 400 already with the traveling. I'm taking a Uber taxi each and everytime visiting the store. I was told to go back to the police station again to make another affidavit. I need this matter sorted because I'm not planning visiting the store again to deal with people who does not care about customers. I have supported the business for year.

When I bought a bed from OK Furniture, I thought I was buying from a reputable company but now it seems I would have got better service buying something from a spazza shop. February marks exactly a year that I’ve been struggling to get a satisfactory bed from OK. When I took delivery of my bed in 2020 it was not the correct bed and I was told that the OK Furniture George branch did not have the proper bed in stock. I was assured that the proper bed would be delivered the following week, which never happened. Upon delivery I also pointed out to the person delivering that not only was it the wrong bed but there was also damage to both the base and the mattress. Now one year later I’m told that I need to reapply for a bed on credit. This unacceptable and utterly unprofessional. Never in my life have I experience such incompetence and gross negligence from both a company and it’s employees. I demand that you have the bed delivered that I purchased over a year ago. I bought a queen size Restonic Comfort Zone bed on the 19/09/2020. Three weeks later the mattress collapsed. I went to the store to report and was promised a replacement. I had to run to and from the store because nothing was happening up until the 23/12/2020 when another mattress was delivered. It was hardly three weeks, same thing happened. One side of the mattress collapsed.
I went back to the store and was told the supplier will be emailed and notified, otherwise there is nothing more the company can do except for me to top up the money and be given another mattress. I told the stock clerk that I would rather have the deal cancelled and be refunded my money if that is how the company treats it's customers.
I am a first time buyer and I am very disgusted by the service I get from the store
