I was expected to start paying from August 31
I finished my laybuy on the time I was expected to start paying
But the goods are not delivered even now
I am always told that the goods are coming
I informed the sales person that I will need a fridge after paying the sofas, but I dnt think it's a good idea.
My colleague told me that she also experienced the same problem with her fridge delivery
This is bad service
I love the sofas but I regret buying at ok
If I don't get my sofas this coming week
I need my money back

We purchased a 3-piece Radiant Kitchen Scheme on the 08/06/2020.I complained to the store within 30 days that the cupboards is peeling and the top was lifting and bubbles was appearing. It's been a month already and nothing happened. The manager came to our house and saw the condition of the kitchen set. She took fotos and e-mailed it to the supplier.I'm still doing rounds to the shop because I want i refund which they refuse to give because they accuse us of negligence,they are saying it's because of water. What proof do they have that its water and how can the damage of water be affective so quickly?They want to give a new kitchen set which we refuse because what if the new cupboard is giving me the same problem. The manager (Natasha)that's assisting me and doing what she can but she does'int always have answers to my question. She gave me false hope that i will be refunded but then the situation suddenly turned to a new level.Im very disappointed for the money i spent on this kitchen set because its definitely not worth R8000. I don't know what to do anymore.

Fast forward to 2020 July the mattress was faulty
I logged a complaint with my local OK store
Whereby they informed me that the garuntee of the bed has passed however I still have warrenty on the bed but there is a small fee of R650 I had to pay into account:

I did so on the 25th of July 2020 it was said it would take up to 4 Weeks to replace my matrass
Six weeks later I am still waiting and the store can not give me an indication of how much longer I have to wait
I am saddened and disappointed with this kind of service as I've been an loyal OK client over the years but it is the first time something like this happens
It is unbearable to sleep on this bed as the wires are sticking through the mattress
I hope this issue can be resolved asap

We purchased a TV set in Feb 2020 Samsung at an OK store in Stanger. This particular TV set I admit was checked in store and we were satisfied with condition. Fast forward to July we found an in mark on tv. It kept spreading until TV was not playing. We took TV set to shop n they immediately said no guarantee or warranty on cracks caused by ourselves.
My argument to management is that this is not due to our fault because at no point did the TV fall or get hit. The TV has a protector over it and I cannot see how a TV mounted on the wall would be hit by adults. So I asked how the guy at the shop can tell something hit the screen by just looking why can't he get it investigated. This they say we must pay for and it's worrisome as we paid cash for a TV and now we want a clear indication of what happened to the TV and believe they(store) manager cannot just look at it and determine its our fault. We need the store to provide proof if if it was hit by getting technicians to look at it.

Black friday last year 2019 I bought a bed at ok orange farm eyethu mall. I read the manual and understood that every 30 days I need to turn the mattress.
January I turn the bed and I niticed that the springs on the side of the head was broken because the bed will fall off to the other side. I did not report same time because I had to leave the province 2 days later.
I came back in March went to the store and reported and told me they sent the query to restonic.
6 months later no response from OK or Restonic.
We are not taken serious however we use our monies. Why are we being played for fools?
I'm stuck with a bed that has broken springs and makes a lot of noise when I get in to bed or turn at night.
It's realky saddening that we take our money and buy beds that will give us aching bodies when we wake up.

About a month ago, I visited your George store with the intentions to lay buy a bed that we saw on display.
WE were told that they were out of stock and the stock was at the warehouse and would be delivered the following Wednesday after which we would be called to see the bed we would choose since the one on display was a smaller size however, we decided to put some money down so as to ensure that, when these beds arrive, we will have made some payment already and the Gentleman who advised us suggested that we put the Two Thousand(R2000) Rand as a deposit even though it was not against the specific bed but at least We had an idea of the product we were looking for, and he would call Me to come and choose the bed.
WE waited for a call that week but in vain and we decided to visit the store again two weeks later and enquired about the availability of the bed however we were informed that they hadn't received beds but again committed to will call us as soon as their stock arrived and we accepted their explanation.
Again after a week of quietness and silence, we decided to visà the store again to enquire but only to BE told that the beds we were looking for were out of stock so, it was st this time whem my wife lost her temper with the salesman whom we thought was the one who sold us the bed but I intervened and we left the store saying we are no longer interested in another bed and we would decide when to come back after deciding what we wanted to do between taking our money and choosing another bed if there are any.
I today visited the store and couldn't find anything new and I then approached the cashier who informed me that they would need my receipt and ID to effect the refund but asked me how much it was and I told her and I asked how long it would take to get the money and she said immediately and if I wished to get it today, I needed to be at the store before 16h45 as that would be the time for her to cash up and I rushed home to collect my receipt and gave to her.
The lady then told me that I would not be getting my full amount and I informed her that I would not take that because the store failed me on numerous times even when I took it upon myself to constantly visit the store after they failed to call me as their portencial client and that is when she told me what she was doing was not her work and she was not trained to do refunds so, I then interjected and said I couldn't care less if it was her work or not but I was there for my money.
The cashier said "Ek gaan nie Ander mense se nonsense vaat nie en Ek is moeg om Ander mense se dinge uitsort want die kliente kom kak vir My uit" and she through my receipts towards me on the counter(very rudely so) and said ahe was not going to assist me, I then responded to her and said "I am not going to stand here listening to your shit of you swearing at me" and she responded by saying she too was not going to take shit from me so, after this heated argument I put it to her that I was going to report her for being continuously being rude and used vulgar language against me and her response was, "go ahead and report me, do you think I care" and that is when I decided to call your head office to report the matter however, when the lady from head office asked whom the name of the cashier was,I didn't know because she had no name tag and when I asked for her name, both her colleagues who were there refused to tell me and I reported that to the lady and that is when she promised to call Mr. Botha and I realised that they were now preparing for my refund.
This to me was a very bad experience and service to any customer and I felt extremely undermined and belittled by the way that cashier spoke with me and I take exception to that and I demand an action against this rude cashier to ensure that no other customer ever gets to be treated in that rude manner and I am considering taking the matter further if no action is taken to correct this matter as a matter of urgency.
I will await your response to this matter and even though the lady is not known to me by name, I can identify her very easily.

0n the 23/07/2020 I bought a 323L Fridge. At OK Store I Dobsonville. When I open the Fridge at home one of the shelves was broken. I took the shelves back to the store. They told me they will send to the suppliers the following day. But since that day I never recieve any call updating about my shelve. I went there yesterday they told me they will call the supplier tomorrow. After a month bought the Fridge.What was the delay not calling the supplier. Me buying the Fridge that was not completed. Was terrible. Its was R6599. I don't want any apologies from anyone. I want my money. I never in my life see such a terrible service after spending so much money. I want my money. They must come and collect their Fridge or I will go and drop it at the Store door.

I bought a Defy water dispenser double door fridge metallic grey, Surprisingly within 7 months of purchase i was forced to call for repairs. One of your technicians did arrive and fixed what needed to be fixed then.
To fast forward my challenges, 6 months later the very same function stopped working again during lockdown level 5. till date i cannot use that facility. Now even your 0861008861 number is not useful at this phase of lockdown. I believe so.
Mind you, back in December 2018 I bought an Eldbo queen size be cash worth R6500 at stanger central branch.
Mid 2019 i went on and bought this problematic fridge cash R5000, Stanger Plaza.
Then in December 2019 i opened an account with Same Ok furniture which i purchased a Thermofan Defy four plate black stove on account worth R6500.
This is worrying me since my service personnel and the branch have been closed and I happen to be an orphan with a non working dispenser.

My fridge is 2 years old and the guarantee is 5 years but it has already been fixed twice and now this is the third time it is not working.
It has not been working for over a month now and all I get are empty promises. No technician has arrived but I was told to wait for it and tht it has been booked.
I have thrown away alot of food because it all went rotten since the fridge has decided to stop working.
I do not want this fridge anymore exchange it or refund me.

I bought a TV at orange farm Eyethu mall late June, i then decided to open the TV two weeks later only to find out that the TV cracked,well it was still working even though it cracked....took the TV back and they told me they would repair the issue hence it was a lights issue has hisence TV'S have a problem with light as they said, i didnt want want to fix the crack but i wanted them to fix the issue of it not working. They then promised the technicians would come fix the issue, i had to wait about 5 days until i received a call telling me i now have to take the TV to the store, they then assured us it would be fixed within the week and they contact me, i had to follow up with them hence I didn't get any feedback, only to find out that we know have to pay for the TV to be repaired, mind you we have to pay a bigger amount than the price of the TV, this was within 21 days after a bought the TV, and the contract stipulates that, it's the manufacturer's responsibility to repair within that 21 days. I've read so many complaints and I'm not going to let this go, I'll take this as far as possible.The stories they tell are even different, I will never recommend anyone to purchase anything from OK!!!!!

I lay-byed a tv at OK furniture store in Oudtshoorn. I paid it of in 2 months time, and was told that there is no stock in their store, and it will be coming from Mosselbay +/-80km from Oudtshoorn.
It is more than 2weeks and every day the Oudtshoorn branch just tell me they are waiting for the truck. The manager told me that the tv will arrive today, as he will personally see to it, this morning the sales person phoned me and told me it was not on the delivery truck again.
I think this was my last encounter with this branch, as this also happened when I bought a bed 3 months ago.
I will never do business with OK furniture again.

Comment Poor service and I purchased wall unit.. when I opened the goods got scratches and lifting up from its borders because of moisture from warehouse storage. I need to get back my money since their goods is not strong and it's peeling

On 29 of July 2020 bought a microwave online. I was so shocked the following day to receive a call from you saying you didn't receive my money the lady who called me ask me to email her proof of payment that has VSC number I didn't have a problem I emailed it like she requested. Few days later I received a call again this time it was about you haven't received my payment. I contacted my bank to find out. The payment was successful paid into your account so I'm so disappointed and frustrated by the fact that the transaction was made into your account but all of the sudden my money doesn't reflect into your account. Your finance department need to do their own work. I can't loss the money that I have worked hard for NEVER!!! If this matter doesn't get resolved I'll have to take it further cause I can't afford to loss my hard earned money
