We have taken a dinning table , from first month it start giving problem due to the lock down we couldn't visit to the store but yesterday we find one chair and table leg is broken , pls look on this issue

Dear team,
I've ordered L shaped sofa on 1st August from your store in from PAN emiates Dubai festival city
New sofa turned out to be faulty, even the delivery guys saw how badly it's damaged from all over. The water is spilled over the sofa and the linings are torn completely from inside, not at all in an acceptable condition.
After calling and many complaints they are not entertaining n not polite.its been 1 month no updates
I'm highly disappointed with the service and want my money back as soon as possible.
Kindly find the attached pictures and process for refund immediately.

COMPLAINT #6059 - Product Issues
We have issue in wardrobe calling customer service everyday but they dont coperate i requested them to change i can pay extra for new model there was one supervisor mr. yahya he told me that he will help regarding this issue later i am calling everyday staff from customer service saying sometime he is in meeting sometime on lunch break but transfering the call. Checking staff came and checked the items and they told us thAt we can request thEm for new model as its already damaged.

Comment Exactly the same thing happening to me. They are not good and not professional in customer service and after-sales services. STRONGLY NOT RECOMENDED & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES
