PERFECT TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC Complaints

We signed an annual maintenance contract with Perfect Mate and paid the
entire amount upfront.



Our first call to them was to fix the flush in our child's bathroom. We were
told they will schedule a visit but nothing happened for days. When we
raised our concern on non-responsiveness, they said any job will take 1 week
minimum to come and attend any matter.

That completely defeats the purpose of having an annual contract as you
would normally opt for that for peace of mind. The flush was actually not
fixed for 3 weeks inspite of having a contract with them.



The second time they came it was for regular AC maintenance, they were
unprofessional and our perfectly working AC in both bed rooms suddenly
needed more GAS just after they did regular maintenance. The quote for the
GAS was unreasonable and we had to get it done from another company.



A pest control visit was booked for our villa and we have a dog. We need gel
treatment and not the spray treatment for safety of our pet. Now we have
been told that that is not an option!

We have had pest control done many times before and no company has told us
that they don't have that option. They are selling their services in villa
communities where having toddlers and pets is most common. I really don't
understand how gel treatment is not one of the things they do.



So inspite of having an annual maintenance contract with them:

1. we cannot call them for AC maintenance, lest we might end up paying extra
to re-fill gas, as we don't trust them now

2. have to call another company for small jobs like flush repair as they say
the minimum time they will take to attend any call is 1 week

3. We have to get pest control done through another company that actually
provides gel treatment.



We feel cheated. It's really disheartening. Writing this review to help
others not get into this TRAP.
