Last October 25, 2020. I Clearly said to the technician who installed the PLDT Fiber that the reason we applied for the internet is because my work needs an internet where I can use for VOIP calls. My teamates applied for PLDT Fiber, same plan on what we have and they were able to use it in our work with no issues at all. Their SIP was enabled the moment PLDT Fiber was installed and activated. WHILE I HAVE CALLED TECHNICAL SUPPORT, TECHNICIAN WENT HERE, ESCALATED MY CONCERN BUT THEY KEEP ON GETTING ME A RUN AROUND! UNTIL NOW THEY HAVEN'T FIX IT! ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS ENABLE SIP FOR MY WORK TOOL NEXTIVA WOULD ALLOW VOIP CALLS!!

Hi,
I'd like to raise this because of very bad customer service. I made follow up last September 17 because my service got interrupted because of non payment. To make my story short I had 3 mothns outage from April- July and the were able to finally fixed it last of July. Called August to adjust the account for outage. Got some adjustment approved first week of September. My account got disconnected while I am using my service for work. They gave me ticket number 1642577715.
Today I called and asked for a supervisor, the agent tried to de-escalate the however her resolution was another follow up case which the ticket number is 1659240945. I asked again for supervisor and she disconnected the line. I waited on the line for 3 hours just to get a representative and very very pissed off because the adjustment still not reflected on my account. So I tried to use your chat support to help me about the follow. And guess what, another rude representative. What a day to start with. Been dealing with you guys since April nothing resolved as of the moment. Your service sucks, your customer service sucks!! Everytime I has to do follow up I ALWAYS WAIT ON QUEING FOR MORE THAN 5 HOURS! WASTING MY TIME JUST TO FIX THIS ON GOING ISSUE FOR MONTHS !!
Very very terrible service. I hope this can get to upper management team to take an action.

Hi.. My name is Anna Marie Verin and my acct number is 0275408816... How can i get an immeditae support? Our internet was just connected May 8th but the installer named Erwin Bunagan set the wired data connection on the floor which he ruined our water pipe connection which resulted for the water to leaked. My father said that all electrical connections should set up above not on the floor? Im asking help so that we could fix the issue and be compensated for this.. I already reported this but im not getting any help. We tried to get in touch with Mr. BUNAGAN and he showed up May 11th and he said that he dont have funds at that time to fixed the water pipe, then he suggested that we can fixed the pipe and he will just compensate the damaged charges which total of Php1120.00, He promised that he will pay that on his pay day May 14th or 15th but he did not showed up and when we contacted him he promised again to pay on May 17th but then again Mr. BUNAGAN did not showed up and for the 3rd time we contacted him again and promised that he will pay on May 21st., we gave him a phone call and he promised to come in the afternoon.. We waited for him the whole day but unfortunately your employee did not showed up. How can we get an immediate support and resolution for this? Its a big inconvenience in our part and i want to be compensated for this.
