My initial enquiry was addressed to the CEO in Pretoria and in turn, forwarded same to Postbank Bloemfontein. I subsequently received a letter from Karin Pike, Acting Supervisor, Account Adminstrator. I phoned her and it was agreed that I forward these booklets to her for assistance. They were couriered to her on 25 May 2018. I checked with the courier company and they forwarded to me the proof of delivery signed by CJM Pike. I have tried umpteen times to contact her but there is never a reply nor has she responded to my letter with my contact details and e-mail address which was enclosed with the booklets. I have also phoned your switchboard, I was transferred to her extension, but there was no reply and I left a message for her to phone me, but have still heard nothing. It's now 6 weeks down the line, could you
