Rental Scam
I have rented a car from Saeed Ali Rent A Car LLC in first week January. They charged my card for deposit with 30-day return policy,by February ive made a call to ask for deposit return,they started ignoring my calls and whatsapp.By March i still havent got my deposit yet and im left with a debt on my credit card.There have been many victims,as you can read verified reviews in Groupn,GIS,etc.Cobone has banned them due to report from Department of Economy.

I had problems with them exactly how you had Abdul. Contact https://ecomplain.dubai.gov.ae/ file a complaint there and submit the evidence and you will receive your money back very fast.

Hi my self Dhyey Patel I'm from India . I rented car from Saeed Ali and person name is Manssor Khan is working in company. I took car from 17 June to 22 June 2019.
After one month when I go back to office to take back my Deposite 1000 AED . Now they didn't give my money back & block me on watsup and even cut my call . So pls my india friend don't take car from this company . All are fraud person Mr Mansoor & Mr Farish Abdulla also. All are cheater person

I had rented a car in march and they have not yet refunded the cash deposit till now. They don't pick the calls and does not respond to messages.I went to their office multiple times and they just ignore the customers. How can i raise a complaint and how can i get my money back? I saw one of the comments to contact https://ecomplain.dubai.gov.ae/ but they are not a government entity.Please help

Had the same experience. Rented a car for just few hours. Gave AED 3K deposit. And never got it back.
This was all the way back in November 2018. Complained to customer rights multiple times, actions promised but never got the money. Went to office (near the airport and Deira City Center as far as I know) but they moved out. Don't think I will get the money back.
