I would strongly suggest no one to deal with this agency, but for our sack as expats, don’t fall into that trap. I have already reviewed them back when they handed over the apartment to me, with all the flaws, mosquitos, flies, dirt, powder (with videos) and here I am reviewing that agency again when handing over the apartment back to them. They will literally try to rip you off each dime you pay as deposit, they will change their quotations, their agent took me to an unfurnished when I needed FURNISHE, he changed location and took me to a ZOO studio without cleaning. When handover, their office agent told me on whatsapp they will deduct pest control 125 AED then changed and said 150, , I sent her screenshot of her confirmation on 125,she naturally stopped replying. When handover, the agency asked me to speak to owner, well as the owner told me speak to agency. DLD told me my relation is with the agency, their agent (HARSHA) of course denied saying wrong information as if DLD would lie at us ( Screenshot available). Safe to mention that I have taken the apartment in December 2019 and had maintenance people still visiting till March 2020 for leakages and issues they were not qualified enough to fix. Harsha also changed the prices of the pest control twice then stopped replying when I had screenshot of her confirmation. She went too low by begging me one time to remove my reviews about her as her points are dropping, revealing her poor performance. Everything I have is is on video, with screenshots of chats, emails and pictures; from the minute I took the apartment to the minute I handed it over back. Please reach out to me, I will share everything with you before you try to contract with them, they will turn your life into living hell. On top of that, they take your deposit CASH but would refund it by cheque or bank transfer, which takes times first PLUs Harsha lied by saying the bank is in a mall 5 minutes away, for me to accept it, turns out its not, then she says I can go cash it over the counter, turns out this bank has stopped cashing cheques EVER SINCE PANDEMIC STARTED AND THEY KNEW.

Funny that literally more than 10 people share the same opinion in the reviews, yet HARSHA still has the decency to go and reply to their reviews as if everyone is wrong and they are only right. And god knows she haven’t begged on WhatsApp to remove the review as her points are going down as she begged me, in the picture attached below

Ive already complained many times, but their representative actually had the urge to reply to my review as if she is right.
I have been away all december, and have been using the flat for only 15 days, and suddenly BUGS EVERYWHERE. Usually pest control services give a 90 days warranty, but i highly doubt a company like twinkle have done a pest control, seeing I saw the flat at first looking like a zoo, but was fooled by the masks the agents put on. ( Ive got videos ).
Kitchen sink has leakage, maintenance came, yet leakage only got worst.
Their very bright agent was telling me i should have checked everything before even accepting to take the flat, as If i should have told the agent hold on for an hour I need to try the heater and take a shower ( heater took them 5 times to get fixed ) , or hey agent give me an hour to try and do the dishes , you know, just to see any leakage.
LAck of unprofessionalism is what twinkle real estate is good at.
Ive been trying to reply on the review site, yet taking me here.

as per the handover sheet signed by the tenant which states that he had received the unit in an good condition , pertaining to the other things once the handover of the unit is done we had given 10 days to check rest of the issues and all the issued has been solved.If any issues arises during contract period and as per the contract minor maintenance on the tenants part but this tenant denying to pay and complaining that we had not resolved the issues .

its between the owner and the tenant to take care of maintenance after the tenancy contract has been signed and the tenant has been moved into the unit.

You are a liar. Your handover list did not include cleaning done - yet you wanted me to clean the apartment.
You agreed for 125 AED pest control then demanded 150, but since i had the screenshot like the good company you are you had to agree.
You are the worst agency and my duty now is to post reviews along with all the videos and chats i have EVERYWHERE.

Their agent is the worst agent ever, changed locations 2 times, meeting 2 times, made me walk 15 mins after saying its only a 3 mins walk, knowing i was taking time off my work to meet his CHANGING schedule, and made a viewing of an appartement that even a zoo is better, he said handover was yesterday but he told me to come today instead of cleaning then tell me to come for viewing.---

I have many more issues to add,
BUGS EVERYWHERE because they did not do pest control,
Shower, curtain, closet door, kitchen sink broken + leakage.

Took them 5 tries to fix the heater,
and so on,
