Unistar Travel & Tours Complaints

We used Unistar to get a visa for my wife in December 2017. Above the Visa fee we were required to also pay a deposit which would be refunded on return. To start with, the Visa never came on time, so we missed our flight and had to rebook. After eventually getting the Visa, we travelled and came back in December and applied for the refund. It has been 3 months of back and forth with this company, we just got my wife's passport back TODAY, March 22nd, and we are yet to be given the refund. After a whole 3 months, after being told it takes 2 days to process. Now the lady has ignored all our phone calls and has possibly blocked us for asking for OUR own money. Never Ever Ever use this company. I have honestly met more professional con men who just tell you when they're not paying you back.
