False advertising and lack of customer service - www.zasttra.com.
I ordered (Order # 78441) on the 20 February and have still not received my items. Numerious emails, online requestes and calls, but no one has called me back.
False advertising and no customer service.

I’ve purchased an item on 08 Sept and haven’t heard a think from zasttra.com despite sending numerous emails to them. Beware, they scam you, DON’T SUPPORT ZASTTRA.COM !

They had an item on their website which stated '3 left in stock', so I ordered one , received an email after a few days that the item is out of stock,

After that no response from them via their contact details be it email , telephonic and every social media,

Need my money to be refunded.

Same issue - they refer you back to the seller for any queries. The seller in my case was non-responsive. I did get an email saying a refund has been processed, but I have not received it and 15 days have passed.
