I need a full refund the bus never arrived nobody answers any of your phone lines must this go legal before I get an answer. Your organisation is despicable nearly had an elderly lady robbed due to your bus not arriving and we had to collect herat 10pm at night 5hours after dropping her off! Please advise urgently!
