Fraud with Qurbani Share - Consumer Complaint for Fresh One Meat

We have booked our slot for Eid Day 1 of cow share. The 3rd day has been started and we haven't received the meat. Plus the Fresh One's authorities are not answering our calls neither showing any cooperation. At 12:00 (22mins ago) we received a message to get the meat from an address (6 C, Muhammed Ali Society MACHS) on our own asap even though they took the delivery charges.
