No order number or order confirmation - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

Ordered and paid for the order but never got confirmation email/sms not even an order number,i call to findout what could be the reason then a terrible rude lady says it means i never Ordered if i dd i was suppose to get order number and confirmation,now all i need is my money back and no one is will to assist even though i have Proof of payment.
