Prolonged waiting time - Consumer Complaint for Philpost - SJDM Post Office

I processed my UMID SSS Unified ID as of April 25,2019 it's been more that 6 months.I was told that this will only take 3 months but they haven't deliver it yet.Just in case you might need my control no. here it is 0111-2195877-1.
