I submitted a coat for dry-cleaning at SWAN Dry-Cleaning depot in Eldoraigne on 10 July 2019. I paid the full dry-cleaning fee upfront (R135), and the item was lost by SWAN Dry-Cleaners. I've been trying to get my dry-cleaning fee already paid refunded, but it is now four months later, and the owner just ignores me. I continuously follow up with messages, but get no response. The professionalism and customer service of this Company is shocking.
