NO ACTION TO THEIR OWN MISTAKES - Consumer Complaint for Chauffage HAAS

The Chauffage HAAS company has installed in our building ventilation system (VMC). After discovering strange smell of car exhausts in the apartment we found out that the VMC pipes are wrongly installed in the building and the intake of the fresh air was exchanged with outlet of the air that is located at the entrance of the garage (!). We communicated the mistake to the company immediately and after 10 months we are still waiting for the repair (!). This is the example of their professionalism, respect, care about the health of their customers, and responsibility for their work (!). We could than ask what their company slogan means: ”CHAUFFAGE HAAS, VOTRE PARTENAIRE IDÉAL!”.
