EXRIMELY LOW QUALITY AND LOW SERVICE
I bought one apartment constructed by F.LODOMEZ company in Luxembourg and I will never do it again! The quality of the building is miserable including: quality of materials (sewerage smell in the building corridor!, garage doors making noise, floor lifting up in the hot summer days and blocking the entrance doors in the corridor, disintegrated façade in the first year of utilization), and poor sound insulation between the walls (I can hear all the details when neighbor goes to the toilet!!!). In addition, the service of the F.LODOMEZ representative during warranty period is not reliable, the promises are not kept, the requests are not followed-up, our phone calls are not answered, the agreed meetings are cancelled last minute. I am totally disappointed, and we discourage anybody to buy any product from THIS company. The only way to get your rights respected is the juridical path!
