Good morning, i am writing this letter to rise my concern about the death claim of my sister Alfonsa Nacario. She died last December 17, 2018. His husband found out that she had eternal Plan after cleaning her stuff.. We (my brother and I) decided to claim the death claim or refund, this can really help my family.. We secured the requirements immediately and pass to the eternal Plan (located in jones avenue ) march 2019.. Until now we didnt receive ang refund from eternal Plan.. I hope you can help my problem..i hope you can reply my letter.. Thank you and God bless..
