"Undelivered" purchased good in a timely manner; delivered a very sub-standard product last minute.. - Consumer Complaint for FloristManila

It started when I ordered (order no. 97075) bouquet of flowers (USD35.95) and basket of fruits (USD75.95) on the 9th May '20. I was told that delivery will be made 11th, or 12th, or 13th May, so I waited. On the 11th May, flowers were delivered but not with fruits, then again I waited until 13th May. Nothing came on the 13th May so I managed to contact them via messenger on the 13th May itself. I was told that they made a big error and promised to deliver the fruits on the 14th May or 15th May. Then again 15th May came but nothing delivered, but on that day itself I made contact again with Jaslene (chat faggot) via messenger and followed up what happened to the fruits but it ensued skirmishes among themselves, but when I demonstrated (see email attachment) that I'm agitated by their actions, they finally told me that delivery will be made on the day I made the complaint (delivery time is: 10:00am to 7:00pm). 4:38pm 15th May, Gina called me that the fruits arrived, but when she opened it she decided to throw it away due to her fear that it may pose a health problem and after so much discussion regarding the fruits between us, we decided that it will be unfit for consumption due to one pale red apple she opened is kind of rotten inside almost a worm would come out. So I sent an email to in***@floristmanila.com that their product is worthless as against their advertisement that their product are carefully selected. I also sent them email informing the truth that we have already thrown the fruits to the garbage 'coz they tend to disregard the real issue of their faults from the beginning by just going to the bottomline that my problem is simply rotten bananas and pale red apples that they asked for the pictures. Now my question to you, will this complaint simply just go into the drain again just like people from in***@floristmanila.com did?
