Judgemental and rude ladies on the reception - Consumer Complaint for City Books & Lotto

I was looking for a book to buy at this book store. I took a picture of the book and they told me to delete it because of copyright and i was stealing. They did not even ask what i plan to do with the picture. I planned to post it and mention the author. I then bought the book and i could here them talking about me. I asked them can I take a picture now? They said i cant because i was stealing someone elses' idea and discussed to me copyrights. I told them that I would write credits to the author and I asked them can I post it now? They said yes. I repeated to them that I am not doing anything illegal and i said it in front of the people at the bookstore and left. I could here them laughing at me in the background. It is very rude to laugh AT a customer. I cried afterwards and was upset. I sent them message to their FB page and they didnt reply. Not even an apology for being laughed at.
