POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCAM - Consumer Complaint for Gold Gate Estates

I paid ₵50 commitment fee to this agency for them to help me find a single room self contained to rent.
Little did I know that my quest to rent a room had taken me into the hands of a fraudulent, arrogant and impatience guy called OHEMENG THEOPHILUS (who is in charge of the agency)

He took me to a room that had already been rented out and started REJECTING MY CALLS when I pushed him to help me get the next available room
I later went to the house he showed me to only for the landlady to confirm to me that Mr Ohemeng came back about 10mins after he had left with me with another client of his to pay for the room
